Tires Plus in Carmel, IN is our preferred shop for all of our tire needs. The customer service is beyond helpful and they go out of their way to get you taken care of. There is a reason they are always busy!

I needed a tire repair to a rental that I was driving. Matthew was quick, knowledgeable and responsive. He came up with a great solution to circumvent the delays from the rental company and kept me rolling until a full repair could be authorized. I fully recommend Tires Plus in Carmel.

I was over an hour from home when my tire went low. It snowing and freezing outside. Tire plus was the only place opened, but closed in 5 minutes. Jackson and Melissa were about to close up, but became my heroes. They took me in and took care of me. I'm so appreciative for their understanding and helping me out. Great service and truly care about the cusomer.

When I was driving my car today, the engine coolant light when on. We drove to Tires Plus and Melissa and crew topped us off and sent us on our way in 5 minutes. Great customer service and friendly staff.
