AVOID THIS PLACE! Came in for an oil change and they attempted to overcharge me by claiming a filter cap was sealed shut and would need to be broken and replaced. I visited another mechanic who confirmed that the cap was not stuck and unscrewed it easily. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Great customer service

Ben at Tires Plus took very good care of us for, what had to be for them, a VERY minor issue - a slow leak on a tire. He got us in with no notice, just a phone call, and got us taken care of. He's also one of the most intelligent, and well-spoken young person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in quite some time. He is well beyond his years in dealing with customers. He's the kind of individual we all look for to interact with our customers.

(Mercedes AMG) 2 High profile tires including everything for my vehicle at $600. VERY fair!! I Needed a special spline socket for my Mercedes custom wheels and Ben helped me to obtain that in no time..put 2 new tires 🛞 on and he took extra care to ensure they were mounted properly!! .He took extra care of my Mercedes sl550 and I’m happy to do more business here!! Thanks! A plus job Ben & staff!! Don’t be hesitant to bring a high dollar vehicle here!!

Great Customer service upfront.

Communication was really poor. I never got a call when the oil change was finished, I had to call and find that out. Then called 4-5 times at the end of the day to find out status of my vehicle and no one ever answered. I just had to travel there and find out the status. But they did complete all the services within a business day which I needed so I appreciated that.

With high hopes I decided to take my car to the Carmel location after being disappointed with the service at the Plainfield location. I spoke with Bradley about my experience at the Plainfield location. He started texting his boss and told me one of them would contact me. NEVER heard back from either of them. Bradley was adamant about wanting me to post a good review…I wish I could have. Shortly after that my brakes locked up for a few minutes…took my car back to the Carmel location to have it looked at along w/my rear blinker. After days of waiting for a call back I called them and was asked why I even brought my car in? I reminded the young man on the phone and he told me that my car was fine they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Now my brakes are squeaky and the light bulb they were supposed to check wasn’t even in its socket. Did they EVEN Look at my CAR? I believe in 2nd chances & hoped the Carmel shop would win my trust back. I’m disappointed and frustrated. I used to trust Tires Plus, used them for years.

I really appreciate the honesty and transparency of those working here. I brought my car in after a stressful experience at VW, and the men at TP told me that I actually didn't need to do any of the services suggested for me at VW, which makes me trust them more and want to come back when I actually need service.

I have had many efficient and pleasant experiences with Tires Plus Carmel!! I appreciate the extra care and attention they give to explaining the issues and options available. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional and took extra time to help me understand more about the issues at hand and general care tips for my Nissan. My family has been taking our cars to Tires Plus Carmel for 20+ years since moving to Carmel in the 90s. I live in Indianapolis now but I drive up to Carmel any time I need my car serviced. They’re always timely, efficient and friendly - they even did a free alignment for me when I had bought a car and brought it in for its first service. I’ve recommended Tires Plus Carmel to anybody who’s ever mentioned car problems!

Needed air in my tires during an Indiana rainstorm and Jackson was so kind and helpful!! He told me to come back if I had any problems. Great energy and welcoming. Would strongly recommend!

I had extensive work done on my daughter's beat up Nissan Versa. The difference in the sound and drive of the car is unbelievable. I especially want to thank the service manager, Ben. He was thorough, thoughtful, kind and professional. This is my first experience with Tires Plus. I will be going back, and I will be telling everyone I work with at Carmel Clay Schools to go to Tires Plus.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Tires Plus in Carmel, IN. Ben was the employee who greeted me. It was my lucky day. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with a slow leak in one of my tires; but, Ben made it a seamless and pleasant experience. The tire had to be replaced and ordered. The following day at 10 AM I had the appointment to replace it. I was greeted by the manager, who was also very knowledgeable and cordial. Ben came out to get the car immediately. I have never had a tire replaced in 12 minutes! What a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Tires Plus in Carmel. They made my day!!!!!

They are always extremely helpful, and even gave me good ideas for a new car that I might be purchasing in the future.

Wow! Quick service, friendly staff! They do what you need and don’t try to pile on other items or overcharge! Definitely trustworthy!
