Matthew was incredibly helpful and was able to get me back out on the road in no time! Will most certainly be back next time I need any tire related car help!

I need the back tire off my jeep but don’t have the right tools to do it.. I showed up the office guy name Jackson was very nice . He took the tire off and did it for free …. I recommend this place for best customer service

Most people with little mechanical familiarity who go to get their car fixed has the same fear I do, especially as a woman, - that some mechanic will pull the wool over our eyes while selling us a service. I can attest that Tires Plus totally cares and will not do this to you. I came in with a list of things I thought I wanted that might help with a steering issue on my car. The mechanic who performed my inspection was very honest with me and told me point blank that it wasn't worth it for me to pour the money into. I am SO THANKFUL for him and the manager at this store. They told me this for free / at their expense along with the services they did perform on my car. The inspection was cheap around $10 as well. I can not thank Tires Plus enough

The guy kept trying to convince me for a one-time-alignment while I repeatedly say that I will replace all four tires next month. I can understand that they all try to upsell but theirs was way beyond being logical. Not a good business practice.

My teen son thought he had a flat tire today. When I checked it out, it was actually a loose plastic piece under the front bumper that was dragging on the ground creating a flapping sound. Jackson at tires plus got it up on a lift and reattached the piece. I had no appointment on a Saturday but was in and out in 15 minutes. No charge. Tried to tip him but he politely refused a couple of times. Not the first time Tires Plus has exceeded expectations. Thanks Jackson and Tires Plus!

Here from Tennessee visiting family, ha birthday party for 4yr old granddaughter and ball game for 9yr old grandson, Had emergency, right front tire had nail plus, cut on edge of tire could not repair, got new tire, had it done in no time, did not have to wait at all because of our need to hurry. JACKSON did a great job and quick and check all the rest of the tires. Thank God for great people

James and hıs staff are good and honest could of sold me a tıre but fix ot and got me ın and out

The staff is really helpful and polite. I am a repeat customer here because they always do a good job and they’re efficient and informative.

James is very professional and good manger and his team is very quick and helpful I had a low tire and James was really busy and he still go me in and out will be bringing all my cars here

Jackson James and Madison were awesome they gave me a good deal on a tire it was an emergency and they were so fast and so amazing I can't say that enough

The employees are always so courteous and knowledgeable. I had to wait longer than normal for an oil change, due to special oil. Next time we should talk about this at drop off. But mostly the guys are just working hard trying to keep the customers happy.

Slow, didn't provide receipt, kept calling us by the wrong last name, etc. had appointment for a screw in tire, and left 2 1/2 hours later. Overall bad experience.

James and Matt were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me make sure my car was safe to drive. They were informative and kind. I could not be happier with the top tier service. I will continue to use tire plus because of the amazing staff!
