Firestone service centers are scammers Adding to my failed shock debacle at fire stone in Carmel on Rangeline, I took my car elsewhere to get the shock replaced. Firestone told me they put Monroe shocks on my car come to find out they were no branded aftermarket from someplace only God knows. Most likely the cheapest shock available. Perhaps this is why they couldn’t find the part number to replace the failed shock that was under warranty. And after going back to fire stone, they wanted to charge me $800 to replace the shocks that had failed. Quoting that there was $800 in labor to remove two bolts on each shock. This place is a rip off scam house.

I have always had a great experience with the Carmel Firestone! The young man who helped me when I walked in was very courteous, professional, and answered all of my questions. My car was serviced in less time than I expected, which is always a plus! I would definitely recommend them!!

Went in for an alignment and wheel balance and Sarah did not give me the service I was expecting. Didn’t acknowledge that the hour wait she had said changed to 3 hours. I only left the store for an hour. Waited for a few minutes to ask her about how much longer and responded with an attitude. After that I was speaking to my boyfriend about how she had said an hour and didn’t come to say anything as of why it was taking longer. And I’m the one who was being argumentative? That very confusing because she went over and was talking about that that is the reason why it’s dropped off so they can take longer? Very upset over this because I could have given her the same energy and did not. And will refuse service it’s unprofessional of her I should have read the reviews before hand because it’s the same situation with most on here

Every time I bring my Tahoe to Firestone, I always get amazing customer service, get kept up to date on the status of my SUV, and the cost is nowhere near what a dealership would charge. The staff is friendly and quick to help answer any questions you have. Would recommend to anyone!

Scheduled an appointment for a tire change at 3pm, 2 days ahead of time. Arrived 10 minutes early asked the attendant how long they thought it would take. They said about 1 1/2 hrs. Sat, waited, and by 5pm my car still hadn’t even been moved into the garage; didn't need up being discussed ne until after 6. So much for making an appointment…..complete waste of my time with zero care or remorse. Unless you have more than 3 hours to waste I would consider ANY other service provider. On top of everything the tires were way overpriced and they did dnt even take the time to air the tires evenly. I undoubtedly didn't get what I paid for.

DO NOT GO HERE: I took my car in there this Sunday to get my suspension, looked at and new tires put on I paid for a complete inspection to be done. They called and said that I needed a new control arm on the passenger side and new tie rods. They quoted me $1188 to get this done and new tires installed. Sunday night I got my car back and there was an awful noise Metal grinding on metal when you turn. And my tire felt extremely bumpy when driving on the front side. So I bring the car back on Monday for them to correct the issue they told me that the axle had shaved off into my transmission and it was missed during the inspection by the store manager. They replaced the control arm and the ball joint on the driver. Call me to come pick up my car and sent me on my way. When I got my car back, it felt the same. I panicked due to have three small children. They insured me that this was due to new tires and the car was fine. Tuesday I’m freaking out bc my car was not safe to drive. I am calling around to see who can inspect red my vehicle. Noblesville Firestone for me in And out. Come to find out Carmel installed my tire rods on the wrong side and left bolts loose on my control arms.y be chile was not safe to drive. It could have killed me and children. This was either malicious intent or complete incompetence by the STORE manager herself. I have all documents as well as a voice recording. My next step is to contact a lawyer if this is not resolved with Carmel location. If you have car trouble please go to the Noblesville location. They will make sure everything is done right

After years of loyal service, I have to move to a different service center. I went in for a fail part that was under warranty. I was told that the part number had changed and they would look up the part get it replaced. After five weeks, no part had been materialized, and I was not on the schedule for any type of service. I will never return to this location Sara the manager has reduced the ratings of the score from 4.8 to just over 3.2 stars. There’s a reason why their shop isn’t busy like the rest and they have no customers. . I will never go back to this location.

Best Automotive Service Ever - Great customer service from Sarah. I had just purchased a new Ford Bronco and was on my way home when I decided to stop and make an appointment to have custom 4Play wheels and Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo Tires which I had already purchase installed. Sarah was able to get me in the same day and the new installation was perfect. The technician did not rush and was carful not to damage the new and expensive wheels during installation. The installation required removal of the crash bars and Sarah had that taken care of as well. I am a former Bridgestone employee and only run Duelers on my SUV's and Potenzas on my Mustang GT. I'm happy to see that Firestone still defaults to humans for customer service and not the typical Online AI-Bot experience that the rest of the service industry defaults to.
