They don’t stand behind their work. Said my fleet company didn’t buy the warranty. New tires, out of balance. Brought the car back, said one of the balances fell off. Charged for repair. I called two days later, tires still out of balance. Said there would be yet again an additional charge even though they didn’t fix the problem. No thank you. I’ll go somewhere else.

I brought my vehicle to Firestone from a different shop who damaged my vehicle during a routine oil change. The staff was super helpful and honest about the cause of my issue and how to get it fixed. I did not end up fixing it at Firestone because the other location paid for the repair but I will be taking my vehicle to Firestone next time to avoid any further issues.

Had a wonderful experience working with Sarah, Jaeden and the team at Carmel's Firestone. They took the time to answer my questions, thoroughly explain every step of the process and what to expect financially and time-wise with every update. Their patience and understanding as well as their expertise and solution-finding to my brake issues were incredibly helpful!

Jaeden was very professional and courteous and gave me realistic expectations that he would try to get my tire fixed that day, but could not be certain. He and Cameran, the technician, were able to get it fixed at the end of the day. Cameran loaded the spare back into my car and put everything back together. The cost was reasonable. I am so happy they got me back on the road that day.

Quality service and great communication. I was coming back for a suggested service from last year to replace a fog light. They still had the order on file and communicated to me that the part might take two days to get in, so I understood it might be delayed. Light came the next day, and they were able to complete all my requested services in one day, and it was cheaper due to the use of my firestone card and coupons applied by the staff. I have been going to Carmel Firestone with all my cars for more than 20 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Sara runs this store with a fine toothed comb. She is an amazing manager. Jaeden is a very knowledgeable technician that communicates well with his customers about their car needs. This is the best place in Carmel, Indiana.

I had the most wonderful experience here at Firestone on Rangeline. It was quick and easy to schedule and get my car serviced. The desk associate Sarah was knowledgeable and explained what I needed done. The technician called me and explained what was completed and didn’t make me wait until the end of the day. I will definitely be bringing my cars back in for service at this location.
