Changed my schedule appointment to a day I wasn't available. Try to blame it on a computer error when I called in person.
The gentleman on the phone seemed unsympathetic.

The manager here made sure to explain what I was purchasing in detail and asked me to wait for a certified technician for that procedure to perform it on my car! instead of selling it to me and then telling me I'd have to wait until tomorrow, he gave all information up front

Pathetic staff experience.. Booked an appointment and at timenof dropping..they mentioned it takes around 45 min ton1 hr and it took more than 2 hr and then I asked how long more than staff mentioned another 30 to 45 minutes. Seems they don't know how to respect the customer's time and they expect that we need to respect their time. I paid for lifetime membership for alignment and balance and seems its a big scam as they are charging more to customer and giving a false promises as when we come for regular 5-6k mile for alignment then they are harassing the customer by putting a long wait to them. Need to improve their quality
Sarah is awesome. She always knows what is going on and answers any questions I have. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time with her customers. I have 2 Firestones that are closer to me and I always make sure to come to this Firestone. They don’t take advantage of you, they honor what they quote and they treat you kindly.

I brought my vehicle to Firestone from a different shop who damaged my vehicle during a routine oil change. The staff was super helpful and honest about the cause of my issue and how to get it fixed. I did not end up fixing it at Firestone because the other location paid for the repair but I will be taking my vehicle to Firestone next time to avoid any further issues.

Had a wonderful experience working with Sarah, Jaeden and the team at Carmel's Firestone. They took the time to answer my questions, thoroughly explain every step of the process and what to expect financially and time-wise with every update. Their patience and understanding as well as their expertise and solution-finding to my brake issues were incredibly helpful!
