Nice hotel Nice hotel with nice rooms also quite large and very neat. Cleaning is very good! Very friendly and helpful staff. All in is not advisable, food is moderate and drinks too (drinks very limited!), it also takes a very long time before you have your drink with all in. Paying guests get another drinks menu! It is said that there is a private beach .. however you have to pay for your cots! Otherwise fine hotel

Good but also bad. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very nice and clean with balcony. Pool is exactly like the pictures / very friendly staff and good service.. Breakfast was good only lunch and dinner were really very nasty.. They warm up the leftover lunch for dinner and throw in some food with not varied meals, just about the same food.. Meat is tough fish is dry and otherwise only the pizza magherita and the mini spring rolls can be eaten....

👎 we asked for a family room and when we entered it it smelled like in a smoking room in a cigar shop 🥵 terrible room How can you allow smoking in rooms and offer the same room to families with children’s Hopefully we booked for one day and we leave tomorrow NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL HOTEL FOR 50€ per day and max 3*

Fabulous! This hotel exceeded expectations on every level, after so many hotels to choose from in Rethymnon we 100% made the right choice. Located in a quieter area, one road back from the seafront, 4-minute walk to the beach. Our room, a studio was huge with lots of natural daylight, also a balcony on three sides. Kitchen area, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, the air con kept the room nice and cool. Separate shower cubicle with modern powerful shower, separate toilet, along with double wash basins. Open plan airy reception/lobby which lead out to the pool, plenty of sunbeds and space, pool temperature very pleasant. The pool does close at 6pm which we found too early after returning from a couple of very hot days sightseeing trips and would like to have cooled off. Lovely spa pool on the lower level including sauna, at no additional charge. Buffet breakfast served a good selection of hot and cold food. Standard hot drinks although I didn’t notice any de-café coffee. Evening meals were varied and tasty, different cuisine theme each evening, excellent value. Evening entertainment most nights. The hotel has its own section of sunbeds on the beach which were free of charge, you need to bring down your hotel towel and show your card. The service we received from all members of staff was superb. The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was cleaned and made up to the highest standard – thank you :) I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for numerous reasons, you will not be disappointed.

Everything perfect!! Great hotel, everything was very clean and the staff is also very friendly and helpful. We had half board plus and there was a different evening menu every day. I was here with three ladies (my wife and her two sisters) for 8 days. We can highly recommend the hotel. 🤗👍‍ Our tour guide Maria Kalamari is very competent and friendly and always has an open ear for you.

Un séjour en toute quiétude. Excellent emplacement : proche de la plage ( 2 minutes à pied). De plus tous les centres d'intérêt (shopping, culture, restaurant, vieille ville ...) sont accessibles à pieds. Et à ne pas négliger un buffet varié à chaque repas que ce soit pour le dîner ou pour le petit déjeuner.

Perfect stay Very good stay in this very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The service is impeccable and everything is done to make your stay easier.

Bad quality price ratio. The service only cares about money and not your guests comfort. My room was very far from the restaurant even though I asked for something close to the restaurant and pool cause of the issue with my feet. Terrible view from the balcony. Very monotonous food. I twisted my ankle and I asked for help with my luggage. I didn’t receive the help with luggage. The service only wanted to make sure if tourist tax which for 10 days is 70 euros is paid. Very small swimming pool and it definitely doesn’t look like on the pictures. Room ha not been cleaning. Only bed was changed. It’s max 3 stars hotel and you pay for 4*

Οτι και να πω ειναι λιγο....Ενα μεγαλο ευχαριστώ και μπράβο στην ομαδα του ξενοδοχείου αυτου εως επίσης και τους ιδιοκτήτες αυτο Δεν εχω λογια...Ειμαι ιδιοκτητης εστιατορειου στην Κύπρο και συγκεκριμένα στην Παφο.....Μειναμε εκει 4 βραδυα και νιοσαμε πραγματικα σσν το σπιτι μας και σαν ολοι μα ολοι εκει να μας γνωριζαν χρονια.....Ενα μεγάλο ευχαριστω και ενα μεγάλο μπράβο στα παιδια που δουλεύουν εκει εως επισης και στους ιδιοκτήτες γιατι καταφεραν να βρουν τις ισσοροπιες με το προσωπικό τους και να δουλευει τοσο αρμονικα η μοναδα τους.....Έρχομαι στα Χανια παρα πολλα χρονια τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο με τέτοια φιλοξενία καθαριοτητα εξυπηρέτηση ποτε μα ποτε.......Ανυπομονώ να επιστρέψω...Ηδη εχω κλείσει για Οκτώβριο και μακαρι λογο δουλειας να μπορουσα να ερχομουνα και πιο ενωρις......Σας ευχαριστούμε Γιωργος και Ευα Κυπριοι.....525 αριθμος δωματιου και μετα 612.....Χθες.........Σας ευχαριστούμε και συνεχίστε ετσι....Τα λεμε 20 Οκτωβρίου

Worry-free hotel with extra kindness Hotel included in a flight+hotel package. The location is perfect for walking into the old town to stroll and enjoy the typical streets of Rethymnon! The hotel and all its members are of rare kindness! Kindness is essential, the waiters and waitresses take great care. The cleaning service is top notch! Even the one who came to redo the room put down our son's cuddly toys with imagination and delicacy. The restaurant manager does his job perfectly! Everything is done to spend the days in total plenitude where only the comfort of the customers counts!

Well located A fairly luxurious hotel with a swimming pool in very good condition and welcoming staff who are always smiling. The rooms are perfect and cleaned every day, we were able to make the most of it, it was cool. The only strange thing we found quite original is that at the restaurant you have to pay for a bottle of water in addition to the meal already included 😅.. Despite these details this hotel remains very good and very well located next to the beach
