Lnk.bio is a TOTAL SCAM!! ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS/SERVICES
On January 26, 2025, I purchased a website product from the merchant. Shortly afterward, I received an email accusing me of violating their terms of service—specifically, of impersonating a celebrity. This accusation was unfounded. I promptly contacted the merchant to clarify that I am a YouTube content creator and that the website I purchased was used strictly for fan page purposes. The site was created to collect newsletter sign-ups and contact form submissions from my subscribers.
To ensure clarity and compliance, the website featured a prominent legal disclaimer both in the menu navigation and footer, stating clearly that it was created, owned, and operated by a fan, with no affiliation or association with the celebrity. Despite this, the merchant ignored the evidence and coerced me into modifying the website under the threat of termination. I complied, feeling pressured and uncomfortable with the handling of the situation. I also requested a refund, which was unjustly denied.
After realizing I had not violated any terms, and that my disclaimer was lawful and in good faith, I reverted the website back to its original format. I believe this action was within my rights, especially given that the product was misrepresented and I was operating within fair use and protected expression as a content creator.
Now, months later, the merchant has abruptly contacted me again to say my account is being permanently terminated for the same false reason. This ongoing situation demonstrates a clear pattern of:
• Breach of contract (as I fulfilled my obligations and received no fair service),
• Coercion and economic duress (being forced to change the product or face termination),
• Unauthorized deprivation of goods/services (revoking access to a product I lawfully paid for), and
• Unfair/deceptive business practices (ignoring evidence, denying refund, and targeting me without cause).
This merchant appears to be using their terms of service not to uphold legitimate rules, but to justify wrongful terminations and withhold refunds—effectively scamming customers out of money.
I am requesting a full refund and/or appropriate dispute resolution based on the facts presented.

Excellent Hotel - will return time and time again
Once again I cannot fault this hotel - our 5th stay was excellent and I will never hesitate to go back. The hotel is very clean , the rooms are well appointed . The staff , well what can I say , they are simply wonderful and make the hotel feel like home. Thank you to you all for making our stay enjoyable again. The food choice is very good both breakfast and evening meal . We have already booked for next year for the same 2 weeks. Simply perfect !!!!!

Massage at the lovely Hotel Spa
Had a Massage at the Spa with Kostas. Piret and another lovely colleague where informing us very well about the different treatments during the week. So fter a few days I decided to book a neck, back, head and foot massage, and it was perfect. Prices are absolutely fair and the Spa is very clean and beautiful. Perfect ending of out lovely stay at this nice hotel. We will definitely come back and have another massage!

This was the first time we visited Crete and we decided to book this hotel according to the wonderful reviews what this hotel had received earlier in TripAdvisor. Many were saying that you get a 5-star hotel although it's rated for 4-stars and damn right the reviews were correct!! :) We had just a wonderful holiday in this hotel with all inclusive. Buffets were delicious and the food themes were changing every day. Very tasty food and I have never ever got so tasty desserts in any place! It was almost sad that my tummy was always so full when it was time for the desserts. The service was so polite, fast and kind everywhere you went. The hotel is really clean and I just loved our hotel room cleaning lady who was always so happy and cheerful. We asked her to change the double blanket for two smaller ones. We both need our own blankets or in this case only linen is needed. The room AC's worked well as we had one-bedroom apartment. Really loved that the bedroom was a separate space there. The hotel was quiet so no earplugs needed at all. Our room was facing the pool, so that of course impacted to the quietness. The best place to be in this hotel is of course the BAR! Really well made and tasty drinks. The service there is so funny that upgrades your experience! Lots of laughs, ouzo shots and good service. We especially want to thank Zacharenia, "George" and Ionna for making us feel so great and served! We will definitely meet again. The location for the hotel is great that it's just 1 block away from the main street which makes the hotel surroundings peaceful but still it's not a long way to the old town and especially to the beach. The Bio hotel beach cost 9e/day for two sunbeds and umbrella and you can bring your own food and drinks there. Also you get service if needed. We ordered a really tasty pizza at the beach and it was good size sharing for two. We don't have anything to complain and we are definitely coming back! Hope to see you soon and thank you also for the late check out! It was a life saver... ;)

We look back on a very pleasant 3-week stay in Crete. The hotel bio suites where we stayed was fine. We felt the warmth of the staff every day, who ensured that we lacked nothing. Bio suites hotel has neatly furnished rooms, a beautiful swimming pool, a restaurant, bar, gym and spa. The price/quality ratio is very reasonable. Guests can use the facilities free of charge. However, a massage costs money. My husband put it to the test and had a one-hour massage with Konstantinos. His colleague Piret had convinced him of this pleasant experience. Although the spa and massage require the necessary attention, they are not intrusive. The people remain friendly and polite. Very pleasant for all guests. Konstantinos gave a very good massage; so all credits go to him. We wish him good luck with his physiotherapy studies!

Super location, polite stuff and delicious food
1. Rooms are modern, good equipped (AC, small kitchen, table with chairs, comfortable beds), clean and tidy 2. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. There are a lot of varieties of the food, so that everyone can find something. Everything is delicious. They change the food theme every night in a week (Chinese, Greek, Italian...) 3. Stuff is also polite, helpful and they speak both English and German 4. There is also spa and massage center, with sauna and pool. The massage is very good, the therapists do their best to relax you and get the stress away. You can choose the whole body massage, or only face, or back and neck. I can recommend especially the therapist Kostas, who helped me a lot to relieve the pain in the back. 5. Location of the hotel is super, it is not far away from the city, and also it is on th beach. It has its own sunbeds and the guests of the hotel get the for free. The beach is perfect when there are no waves.

Booked this hotel in March for end of July. Slightly panicked but going off reviews we thought we'd be OK. Upon arrival nice receptionist explained everything to us and we went to find our room. Room was absolutely spotless and very modern they provide virtually anything you will need. Cleaned everyday if you wish and cleaning staff are so friendly. Now for the bar staff. First couple of days they kind of get used to who you are and what room you are in etc then by day 3 or 4 you feel like you have a personal assistant they are absolutely unbelievable. The main two people who stand out is Gorgios (sorry if the name is wrong) and the other main lady (has a lovely young daughter who we got to meet aswel) These two people especially are the absolute platinum class in customer service. Taking nothing away from all the other staff but these two take the medals. Also special mention to the barman making my cocktails all week and going out of his way multiple times. Me and my family had the week of our lives. Only negative was my bar bill because the drinks were that nice 😂Never said we'd visit the same place twice but we're already looking for next year. Great hotel, nice service, great breakfast. We also had a free dinner. Good beds and pillows. Clean and nice over everything. The only negative was the sunbath mafia, did not use the pool once in a week for it lay towel on the sunbeds from 07:30 Free sunbeds on beaches on (Bio beach) so we went rather there. A lot of entertainment in the evenings and a lot nice for kids.

Fantastisk hotell! Flotte rom, bra rengjøring hver dag. God mat både frokost, lunsj og middag. Fint bassengområde. Eneste her er at man må være tidlig ute for å få solseng her. Gratis håndklær til bruk ved basseng eller strand. Gratis solsenger på stranda. Veldig hyggelig personale. Kort vei til strand og gammelbyen. Vi hadde rom mot bassengområdet så det var stille og rolig hver eneste natt. Rett og slett et tipp topp opphold!

Nice hotel with nice rooms also quite large and very neat. Cleaning is very good! Very friendly and helpful staff. All in is not advisable, food is moderate and drinks too (drinks very limited!), it also takes a very long time before you have your drink with all in. Paying guests get another drinks menu! It is said that there is a private beach .. however you have to pay for your cots! Otherwise fine hotel

Good but also bad.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very nice and clean with balcony. Pool is exactly like the pictures / very friendly staff and good service.. Breakfast was good only lunch and dinner were really very nasty.. They warm up the leftover lunch for dinner and throw in some food with not varied meals, just about the same food.. Meat is tough fish is dry and otherwise only the pizza magherita and the mini spring rolls can be eaten....
