They deserve their 5 stars rating. You can definitely tell this is a people serving you store that cares about taking care of you. I've bought 2 mattresses from here, and on the 2nd one we had delays in shipping from the manufacturer - but they took care of what I needed at the time and went way above what any corporate retail store would do to help me and my family sleep peacefully.

Highly recommend Live Well to anyone needing professional advice as to what mattress/pillows to purchase based on your body type, any medical issues you may have with neck/back, and sleeping position preference. Went to several places in and out of town and thankfully went local! Pricing also very affordable! Thank you Javier and Melanie for your patience with us!!!

A wonderful experience! I am out of state and I had to buy a mattress for a family member - the service and care were amazing. Care was taken at every step from Javier answering a million questions to delivery and setting up the bed. I highly recommend!

Great customer service. I actually bought my bed back in 2019 but I just still love my bed so much that I came back to comment. Front service helped me pick a bed that was perfect for me as a side and stomach sleeper. 10/10

Great business and great staff. My husband and I just bought a new mattress and we're loving it. Melanie was very nice and helped us find exactly what we needed. The guys who delivered were also really nice and even helped us to move our old bed. Definitely recommend this place!

I have dealt with Live Well two times, both were great experiences.The first time Javier found me the bed base I needed that other stores didn't know even existed. The second time, Melanie helped me find a great couch and loveseat. The staff here is no there products and are very helpfull . Delivery and setup was fast and efficient both times. I reccomend Live Well to anyone needing furniture.

Gretchen and Melanie were very helpful through our purchase. We were immediately welcomed in and comfortably led through experiencing almost every mattress in the store. We know what we like, but both ladies helped us better understand what would be beneficial to our sleep and help relieve our aches and pains. We actually visited three separate occasions to try the mattresses and left without finalizing a purchase.....they provided us 5 quotes so we knew exactly what we would pay out the door for the various options but we never felt any pressure to buy! We finally bought on our fourth visit and are excited to give the mattresses a try at home! Thanks for all of the expert help!
