Hi Blake, we’re sorry to hear that you are dealing with this nearly a year after the project was completed.

For clarity, the written scope for this job was a limited repair and repainting project, including replacement of deteriorated porch floor boards only, replacement of two stair treads, and painting to match the existing color and sheen. At the time, we recommended a full porch floor replacement because a partial repair may not address future issues with the remaining existing boards. However, the approved scope was limited to selected board and tread replacement.

The project was completed in June 2025, and we have no record of being contacted afterward about peeling paint or workmanship concerns. Had we been made aware of an issue at the time, we would have reviewed it according to the terms of the written agreement.

We take pride in our work and regret that your experience does not reflect the standard of service reflected in the many 5-star reviews we have received from our customers.
