LAST 2 ORDERS SCREWED UP BY POORLY TRAINED EMPLOYEES
2 times in a row the order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. The employees at the S.76th Street store in Milwaukee, Wisconsin are apparently very poorly trained and don’t know the difference between the products offered. #1 incident; Ordered 2 deep dish pepperoni pizzas, only 1 box in the portal. I said that I order two deep dish, he opens the box and said “one pizza, two pizzas”. The deep dish pizza has 2 halves (8 squares of pizza) per box! He refused to even listen to me and walked back into the kitchen. #2 incident; Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, picked it up from the portal, got home and it was a plain crust pizza but I ordered and paid for a stuffed crust pizza. Are there not instructions for the employees to follow? This is not that difficult of a job? Or do your employees just not give a f&@k ???
