AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered 2 bar stools which cost £278. I didn’t realise until after I had placed the order that the company was based overseas. It took over 8 weeks for the chairs to arrive. They were packaged in a very thin cardboard box with thin single layer bubble wrap and were significantly bent, dented, scratched and one of the seats was torn. I was offered a 5% refund. After numerous emails this rose to 40% with threats from the company that it would be very expensive to return the goods as I would be liable for delivery and customs costs. I found the customer service to be exceptionally poor and disappointed I wasn’t offered a full refund. They have now offered to send replacement items, but the timescales are unacceptable and I have no faith the goods would be delivered undamaged. When I submitted a negative review on their site they blocked me. AVOID

Shut them down. They are selling counterfeit products that are wrongly manufacturer. Terrible craftsmanship.

my bath towel was more substantial than this rug! CHEAP CRAP !! ordered a rug that deceptively looks nice on their glamorized webpage - only to get an 8x10 rug that weighed less than a bath towel - and was as flimsy as one too- cheap thin foam backing on a sparsely shagged out rug - so flimsy you could wad it up in your hand! tried to work to return- first they said outright no- then the more i explained it was returning it due to poor quality they kept offering a 10% refund- then a 20% then a final 30% refund with me paying the return shipping -- all this AFTER they made me take pics of all sides of the box and the carpet too --- what a horrible business-- DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Litfad is a scam They shipped us a lamp that did not work. When I asked how to exchange it, they demanded videos and photos and wouldn't just tell me how to initiate a return. Months later, they are asking me for "photos of all 6 sides of the original box"- honestly, who does this? They are a scam. Do not order from them.

Not accepting return for broken $1000 dresser No matter how much you like something on this website, IT’S NOT WORTH IT. I paid $1000 for a dresser which came in BROKEN. Not just scratched, but broken. The packaging wasn’t damaged, so it’s entirely possible they sent it to get rid of it. I contacted them within the 2 month return window, sent all the pictures, explained everything. 1 month and 14 emails later, they’re still asking if I’ll accept a FIVE percent return for a part replacement; after I told them 14 times I need a FULL refund and the product taken away. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. I’m going to get help from my attorney/ bank with reporting them as fraud and getting my money back. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Don’t buy with litfad. Retour cost are 90 Euro !! And I got a broken lamp I bought a broken lamp at litfad and got not my money back ! they said to send it back but return shipping cost are 90 Euro from Germany to China. Don’t ever buy something with litfad !
Terrible experience! Purchased an expensive set of drawers. Shipping took a long time. Not only did the pieces arrived dirty and damaged, with the wrong instructions, but it was also the wrong item! Do NOT use this company.

Abysmal he 2 person study desk I ordered is dreadful. The drawers barely work as they have no runners and the bottom drawer sits flat out the ground. When I contacted them for a return, it took them so long to sort out that I have gone past my 60 return period. Instead the actually sent me instructions on how to open a drawer. You cannot make this stuff up! If this product was in an actual store, you would never purchase it as it is terribly made. Do not make my mistake!

Lifted scammers Scam company the items they sell are super cheap thin substandard materials and junk. We are filing a report with credit card company that we we got scammed.

LITFAD - COMPLETE SCAM This should not even be able to get a start I have made a mistake of buying a desk for price of $275. This desk came half broken from all the corners. No proper instructions on how to put it together. Such a low low low quality that its no worth more than $20 dollars. The customer service is sooooooo horrible that they are not ready to listen to anything the customer has to say. forget the phone, they will only reply in email. you will not get any money back even though you have received product completely damaged. its a complete fraud company. Please don't make the mistake I did.

DO BOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Do not trust this company. They send out damaged and broken products. They also ship it with parts of your purchase. Sticking outside of the box. Absolutely ridiculous. No refund, no communication, no nothing. I am just stuck with a $380 broken chair. It's a little hard to see in the photos, but the point where the arms attached to the chairs. The posts that are fixed inside of the chair that you're supposed to put the screws into are at such an extreme angle. It's impossible to put in arm on.

Worse company ever They sent me a broken tabletop and damaged cabinet. The product wasn’t even the white as the picture on their website. I asked for a refund and refused. I had to go through PayPal and then they agreed if I send back at my own expense Horrible customer service. Do not order from them you’ll be sorry

Do not trust this company!! This comes from YANTIAN. It took a month to receive. They sent a notification that it needed to be inspected for damage and missing parts within first 48 hours. We immediately opened and contacted them for a refund. This is subpar material. All the wood boards are broken inside!!!! My husband said it looked like a forklift damaged it when moving it and it looked also like it had been dropped and busted opened because of the packaging was torn in several spots. They apparently attempted to put back together with tape and Saran Wrap and sent on to us. Instructions were also crumbled up. We requested a full refund not a replacement and they said they would send the broken piece. There are multiple broken pieces!!! We want refund not a replacement. This was for my daughter’s schooling. We are going to purchase somewhere locally.

Avoid this worst of the worst company. Regret not reading the other people’s experiences Need to add my frustration at the company. Poor product and came with lots of scuffs. Too many noticeable cracks. Only willing to refund 5% No refund offered. AVOID THIS COMPANY like others have said. I wish i has read the other reviews

Avoid - Worst company ever I ordered a desk for my daughter and didn’t realise it was coming from China, it certainly wants t a cheap deal! It arrived 6 weeks later damaged and broken. Even if it hadn’t been damaged the quality was so bad we literally chucked it in the bin! I tried to get a refund and it was exhausting going backwards and forwards. They eventually settled on 40%, I accepted it to end the whole mess…..still waiting for the refund! If I could give 0 stars I would. Please don’t ever order from this company it’s just the worst

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM!!!! Please do not buy from this company!!! My daughter asked for a study desk for Christmas from Santa. I ordered a desk from Litfad. It took 6 weeks for delivery as it was coming from China!! It did arrive just before Christmas. I have never seen such poor quality!! It was so bad. Unfortunately it was too late to get another desk from elsewhere for Christmas. We built it and left it sitting out on Christmas morning from Santa. 2 days after Christmas I threw it on the bin and ordered a desk from our local furniture shop. A big disappointment for our 9 year old daughter. ' santa' left her a desk that really was not fit for purpose!!

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE - I placed an order for "White Brick Wallpaper" on 27th of November and received this on the 14th of December. Upon initial inspection it seemed fine. (they give you 48 hours from the time you receive the delivery to inspect it for any faults/damage etc.) Once my decorators started to unravel the wallpaper to apply to the wall. The first thing they noticed was that there was no information sheet or instructions on what kind of wallpaper this was (i.e. a 'paste the wall' or 'paste the paper'). We checked the website and there wasn't any information on that either. This is a big problem of course. The WORST problem however was what the wallpaper looked in most lighting conditions. All the bricks had a yellow stain/tinge to it. Like a urine stain (not exaggerating). I sent them plenty of pictures and you can clearly see the colour disparity between the yellow Brick (which is supposed to be white as advertised) and the white background it sits on. It's night and days apart. I've been trying to arrange a refund since 6th of January and I'm getting the same response/email which clearly is a copy and paste and has nothing do with my specific problem... see below to understand what I mean. They start talking about scratches: "Dear jai.sehmi, Really sorry for the dissatisfaction. If the small scratches would not affect the usage, we can refund 5% of the item price to you for compensation. Will you consider to keep this item? This kind of scratches are the objective phenomenon of the manufacture method in this kind of product and material. Usually it will be controlled within a reasonable range. Please understand that." Like what are they talking! DON'T BUY from this place. I spent £180 on 4 rolls of wallpaper, and I can't arrange a return with them.

ZERO STARS I bought a desk and chair back on January 9, 2023. I received a completely damaged (crushed and cracked) desk (top and side table) about 2 months later. I was angry and disappointed. After much haggling and trying to get my money back with their customer service department, I caved, and they sent me a replacement. This took another two months. Upon inspection, the desktop was fine, but the side cabinet was again, crushed about 2 inches deep in 1 corner and cracked along another corner that extended to the other side of the cabinet. I asked for a refund - they offered me 2 options. First option: keep the damaged goods and they would refund me 15% of my total purchase price or they would send me a third replacement with a 5% refund for my inconvenience. WTH?!? I can’t keep the cabinet because it is damaged garbage - it can’t be used - Not to mention the wasted time and aggravation I have been through. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and they said if I didn’t hear back from one of their “colleagues” in 2 days, I should email them again. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered and I would NEVER recommend them or do business with them again. It is of no surprise that this company has poor ratings. It is now 1 FULL YEAR since I have been trying to get my money back - Does anyone have a contact for escalations?
