Horrible service and quality The worst e-commerce experience I've ever had. My order arrived after a long delay, only to find the colors were wrong, the quality was extremely poor, and some items were broken. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund. I would strongly recommend avoiding this at all costs.

Terrible quality and no returns Items are poor quality and returns are impossible. I received shoddy products that did not match expectations, and attempts to resolve the situation were ignored. The lack of a proper return policy makes this feel like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs I have been emailing their customers service for a week trying to get a return and refund on the basis that the package (a desk) took three months to arrive, some parts were damaged, and no instructions were included. Furthermore, the desk was supposed to be partially assembled as per the description on their website. They have been pushing back hard refusing to issue a refund and organise a return. The issue is still on-going as we speak. They take hours to respond and are not available on their live chat. Terrible product, terrible service, bad faith - just avoid and go to IKEA or to the Futon Company

Bad experience, don't recommend do not buy from them: 1) expensive products for rather poor quality 2) Might wait for at least 7 months to have finally have the wardrobe. order placed on 17 october 2025. First delay in december due to Christmas holidays. Order finally arrives on 21 of january 2026 with a big crack on the front door and another long crack (less deep) in one of the inner boards. On 22 of January i claim the replacements. After 1 week of email exchanges, the claims have not been processed yet. On the contrary, because of the Chinese New Year, they ask me if i can wait for production to start on March 3rd (which then means another at least 40 days for the shipment) -> maybe end of april i get the replacements. Of course i replied to the question that is not acceptable and i don't want to wait until 3rd of March. Look for other companies

Unprofessioneller Kundenservice, keine Lösungen Extrem lange Lieferzeit (über zwei Monate) mit ständig wechselnden Begründungen. Nach der Lieferung wies der Bürostuhl deutliche Qualitätsmängel auf (zerkratzte und schlecht verarbeitete Armlehnen). Fotos wurden dem Kundenservice zur Verfügung gestellt. Mehrfach wurden Teilrückerstattungen bis zu 50 % angeboten, diese Zusagen wurden jedoch nicht umgesetzt. Stattdessen folgten immer wieder allgemeine Standardantworten ohne konkrete Lösung. Der Kundenservice wirkt unprofessionell und sehr zermürbend. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dort nicht erneut bestellen. Extremely long delivery time (over two months) with constantly changing explanations. After delivery, the office chair showed clear quality issues, including scratches and poor finishing on the armrests. Photo evidence was provided to customer support. Partial refunds of up to 50% were repeatedly offered, but these promises were never honored. Instead, I kept receiving generic template replies without a clear resolution. Customer service feels unprofessional and exhausting. Based on my experience, I would not order again.

Do Not Buy from This Company I wish I had read reviews of this company before I purchased from them, as I feel I that I was ripped off. I bought a desk marked down from about 450eur to 215eur. It took over three months to arrive (shipping was an additional 40eur), and arrived damaged. Some damaged could have been due to shipping, though some was structural and seemed to have been packaged already in taht state. The quality is far inferior to how the product was displayed online, even if it wasn't damaged. I'm very displeased with my purchase and am upset I waited three months to be so disappointed. Save your time and order from a more reputable company.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel Bloß die Finger davon lassen. Hatte einen Schreibtisch bestellt, kam nach 2 Monaten, unvollständig. 2 Beine haben gefehlt. Keine 2 Monate später kamen die falschen Beine. Ich wurde über den gesamten Zeitraum nur vertröstet, mir wurde irgendwelcher Billigschrott sowie 5-15% auf die nächste Bestellung angeboten. Genau mein Humor. Auf der Homepage wird eine Rücknahme angeboten, sie wird aber nicht umgesetzt! Nie wieder. Hätte ich nur vorher die Bewertungen gelesen.

$254 down the drain! The tiered plant stand I ordered from Liftad was too flimsy for my needs. When I wrote to ask how to return it, I got a return email saying that returns "based on subjective preferences are not in the range of our Cancellation and Return Policy." I paid this company $254 and have no recourse to return a product that doesn't work for me. This feels a lot like theft to me.

Don't use litfad IT'S a SCAM don't buy from that website!! The Producf is much smaller than expected, the light bulb cannot be changed, do it is one use product. I wanted a refund. I sent them pictures of unused product and packaging. They refuse to give me return address. It's been almost 3 weeks now. It's an absolute SCAM

AVOID LITFAD AT ALL COST I have purchased a cabinet from Litfad 06/07, received it only on 07/22 with 80% of parts damaged (scratched, dented, broken, etc) – and it was not damage caused by transportation – many parts were obviously damaged and painted on, to somewhat mask the damage. The cabinet came with no assembly manual, parts not marked nor numbered. Litfad took forever trying “to resolve” the issue by offering 5% refund if I keep the product the way it is or replacing broken parts. But in order to replace them the damaged parts, they requested to identify which ones where damaged – I sent around 450 photos (up-close damage and the whole part one by one), but they still couldn’t figure it out. They emailed me assembly manual for “something like my cabinet” and asked to circle the damaged parts, but since received parts were not numbered, I was not sure. They requested me to hire the assemble person to put the cabinet together and figure out which parts exactly were damaged. Since it would cost money and would take time, I refused. After few week back-and -forth communication they finally agreed to send the replacement on 08/13. I have received replacement 10/21 and it came again damaged, parts not marked, no clear instructions for particular cabinet. I still agreed to keep it, have the damaged parts cosmetically repaired with local companies and get 20% discount just to be done with all this frustrating situation. I have hired professional assembly company and after spending almost 2 hours they confirmed, that it is impossible to assemble it because there are a lot of missing parts. I have contacted Litfad and asked to take their item back and issue me full refund. After another few weeks I still do not have neither my money back nor the cabinet, as the best they can offer is 20% discount (meaning that I lose over $1,200 and can keep a pile of damaged random pile of wood pieces), or I should arrange the return of the item and cover all the shipping cost (which is totally their responsibility and I did nothing to cause the necessity to return the product should it came in good condition) or I should have purchased the insurance to get the refund (meaning that I was supposed to pay extra to make sure they do not send damaged and incomplete product!!!). They keep repeating that “they have no authority to issue any higher refund”. I am beyond frustrated, as I lost more than 5 months, almost $1,500 + extra $200 for 2 deliveries tips, also paying assembly company to try to put the cabinet together, not counting how much time and nerves i wasted dealing with Litfad. They also offered me to send another replacement or pick another item from their website, to lose another couple months probably just to get the same result. This is by far my worst experience and I am beyond disgusted with their business practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Litfad – Real experience and warning to other buyers Our company placed an order with Litfad over 5 months ago, and to this day we have not received either the product or the refund. The shipment was held and later destroyed by customs, because Litfad refused to properly declare the contents and value of the package, which is entirely the seller’s responsibility. From the beginning, we have tried to resolve the matter amicably. We have sent more than 20 emails to Litfad’s customer service explaining the situation, providing all official customs documentation, and requesting the refund of the amount paid, since the order was not delivered for reasons completely beyond the buyer’s control. However, Litfad consistently refuses to issue the refund, offering only to resend the order — an option we have rejected multiple times due to the problems already caused and the long delay. The company avoids all responsibility and ignores its legal obligations under European Union e-commerce regulations, where the buyer has the right to a refund when the order is not delivered. We have consulted this case with our lawyer specialized in international consumer law, and we are now proceeding with a formal legal complaint within the European Union for breach of contract and unfair commercial practices. Summary: More than 5 months without receiving the order. Over 20 emails sent without resolution. Order held and destroyed by customs due to the seller’s fault. Constant refusal by Litfad to issue a refund. Legal action in progress in the EU. Clear warning: We strongly advise not to purchase from Litfad. The company’s lack of accountability, poor customer service, and total absence of effective solutions demonstrate an unethical and unreliable business practice.
