Great Value for the Price Bought a bedside table and was surprised at how solid it feels. The finish is neat, no scratches at all. Assembly instructions were clear and simple. For this price, it’s a steal. Will order again soon.

Please don't buy from these scammers Purchased a barstool that was supposed to have a footrest. No footrest. Horrible quality product. Customer service is typical Chinese response "You no order footlest collectly." I'm not anticipating a refund of course.

AVOID LITFAD AT ALL COST I have purchased a cabinet from Litfad 06/07, received it only on 07/22 with 80% of parts damaged (scratched, dented, broken, etc) – and it was not damage caused by transportation – many parts were obviously damaged and painted on, to somewhat mask the damage. The cabinet came with no assembly manual, parts not marked nor numbered. Litfad took forever trying “to resolve” the issue by offering 5% refund if I keep the product the way it is or replacing broken parts. But in order to replace them the damaged parts, they requested to identify which ones where damaged – I sent around 450 photos (up-close damage and the whole part one by one), but they still couldn’t figure it out. They emailed me assembly manual for “something like my cabinet” and asked to circle the damaged parts, but since received parts were not numbered, I was not sure. They requested me to hire the assemble person to put the cabinet together and figure out which parts exactly were damaged. Since it would cost money and would take time, I refused. After few week back-and -forth communication they finally agreed to send the replacement on 08/13. I have received replacement 10/21 and it came again damaged, parts not marked, no clear instructions for particular cabinet. I still agreed to keep it, have the damaged parts cosmetically repaired with local companies and get 20% discount just to be done with all this frustrating situation. I have hired professional assembly company and after spending almost 2 hours they confirmed, that it is impossible to assemble it because there are a lot of missing parts. I have contacted Litfad and asked to take their item back and issue me full refund. After another few weeks I still do not have neither my money back nor the cabinet, as the best they can offer is 20% discount (meaning that I lose over $1,200 and can keep a pile of damaged random pile of wood pieces), or I should arrange the return of the item and cover all the shipping cost (which is totally their responsibility and I did nothing to cause the necessity to return the product should it came in good condition) or I should have purchased the insurance to get the refund (meaning that I was supposed to pay extra to make sure they do not send damaged and incomplete product!!!). They keep repeating that “they have no authority to issue any higher refund”. I am beyond frustrated, as I lost more than 5 months, almost $1,500 + extra $200 for 2 deliveries tips, also paying assembly company to try to put the cabinet together, not counting how much time and nerves i wasted dealing with Litfad. They also offered me to send another replacement or pick another item from their website, to lose another couple months probably just to get the same result. This is by far my worst experience and I am beyond disgusted with their business practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Litfad – Real experience and warning to other buyers Our company placed an order with Litfad over 5 months ago, and to this day we have not received either the product or the refund. The shipment was held and later destroyed by customs, because Litfad refused to properly declare the contents and value of the package, which is entirely the seller’s responsibility. From the beginning, we have tried to resolve the matter amicably. We have sent more than 20 emails to Litfad’s customer service explaining the situation, providing all official customs documentation, and requesting the refund of the amount paid, since the order was not delivered for reasons completely beyond the buyer’s control. However, Litfad consistently refuses to issue the refund, offering only to resend the order — an option we have rejected multiple times due to the problems already caused and the long delay. The company avoids all responsibility and ignores its legal obligations under European Union e-commerce regulations, where the buyer has the right to a refund when the order is not delivered. We have consulted this case with our lawyer specialized in international consumer law, and we are now proceeding with a formal legal complaint within the European Union for breach of contract and unfair commercial practices. Summary: More than 5 months without receiving the order. Over 20 emails sent without resolution. Order held and destroyed by customs due to the seller’s fault. Constant refusal by Litfad to issue a refund. Legal action in progress in the EU. Clear warning: We strongly advise not to purchase from Litfad. The company’s lack of accountability, poor customer service, and total absence of effective solutions demonstrate an unethical and unreliable business practice.

Extremely Disappointed – Incorrect Product and Poor Service bad experience with Litfad I had a very bad experience with Litfad. They sent the wrong product, which was cheaper and completely different from the one I originally ordered. I provided multiple pieces of evidence — including photos, a video clip, and a comparison chart — clearly showing that the product they delivered was not the one listed in my order. Despite this, Litfad repeatedly insisted that the product was correct and avoided explaining the obvious differences shown in the pictures. At one point, they even suggested that I give the incorrect product to a friend or family member instead of offering a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After several back-and-forth messages, Litfad tried to confuse the issue (“concept swapping”) to avoid providing a refund or replacement. Their handling of this situation shows a lack of responsibility and care for their customers. When I checked their reputation online, I discovered that many other customers have experienced similar problems — wrong items, poor communication, and refusal to resolve issues. ⚠️ Before buying from Litfad, please read other reviews carefully. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this company to save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

THEIR PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. THIS CHINESE BASED COMPANY MAKE VERY CHEAP QUALITY MERCHANDISE. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED IN THE US. I THOUGHT IKEA MAKES THE WORST PRODUCTS BUT THIS COMPANY IS FAR BEYOND LOW QUALITY AND CHEAP MERCHANDISE. I WOULD'VE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IF I KNEW THEY WILL BE SENDING THE MERCHANDISE FROM CHINA. MY WIFE BOUGHT THESE 2 SHOE CABINETS FOR OUR GARAGE I JUST BARELY ASSEMBELED THE 1ST ONE. LET ME TELL YOU. THERE IS NO INSTRUCTIONS WHAT SO EVER. ALL THE TOOLS AND SCREWS IN 1 ZIP LOCK. I APPROACHED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SEND US A LINK FOR THE INSTRUCTION VIDEO... THE DAMN THING IS IN F****N CHINESE. THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT I RECEIVED FROM THEIR TEXT PERSON WAS ABSOLUTELY NONE MAKING ANY SENSE. ITS ALMOST 2 AM HERE AND I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED THE DOORS. I PICKED UP THE CABINET TO STAND IT UP AND GET THE DOORS SET UP.. I GOT SCARED. ITS CROOKED. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE $1000 WENT DOWN THE DRAIN BY PURCHASING THIS CHINESE GARBAGE. THEIR NAME DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE.

worst experience Terrible experienceI ordered a product in June with delivery scheduled for August. At the end of September, the seller informed me that the package had been lost by the shipping company. An exchange of emails began, along with a series of unacceptable offers. I always asked for a full refund and not a second shipment. In order not to refund me, the seller wrote to me saying that he had made a second shipment and that he would try to block the shipping company. I was scammed. Be very careful about buying from the Litfad website.

Attention Attention!!! Do not order anything from this company! Let me tell you my story…I ordered a sideboard table and when it arrived it was clearly damaged and low quality. Nothing like the picture advertised. I contacted them right away and complied with everything which included sending them evidence of the damage. At first they said they would rectify the matter but then changed up on me saying they would not be issuing a refund and instead sending me a cheap hairdryer to make good on the $700+ purchase I made. I refused and asked for a refund. They told me I can send it back at my own expense, which ended up costing around the same amount I paid for it before inevitably ceasing communication. -Eliana

Litfad - Terrible, terrible, terrible After a delivery time of three months a box from Litfad did finally arrive. It contained a random assortment or dirty and dusty pieces of metal. The badly photocopied 'instructions' were desperately incomplete. Absolute waste of money.

BEWARE!! Do not buy from this company!!! -5 STARS!!! BEWARE! All of the reviews are true. I ordered 12 bar stools and they didn't even last 3 months. The quality is terrible and all of the legs have bent and are broke at the welds. They are sending replacement parts, but they can’t seem to understand I cannot use them and they are refusing to give me a refund.

Rocking baby cot, rocking baby crib Bought a baby cot with them. Delivery time 3 months: extremely long to UK. I was worried once I realised it comes from China and read reviews but I could not find this cot anywhere else. Came in good condition, not damaged, instructions in Chinese but easy to follow by pictures. Customer service responded right away. Mattress not attached but still very happy with order good value for money, lovely design.

A Nightmare I purchased a desk for my daughter, and received a pile of broken wood. An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE of a Company This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The chair I ordered is one of the lowest-quality products I’ve ever received — flimsy, poorly made, and nothing like what was advertised. The chair itself was over $300, which is essentially 100x more than it is worth. Worse than the product itself is their customer service. I have an entire email thread where they repeatedly dodge simple questions about how to return the item for a refund. Instead of accountability, they offer excuses, stall tactics, and evasive responses. It’s clear they have no intention of standing behind their products or treating customers fairly. Buying from this company feels like a scam — they take your money, send you junk, and then stonewall you when you ask for help. I’ve genuinely never had a worse experience with any online purchase. I will not stop sharing this experience across every platform available until they do the right thing and issue the refund they owe. If you’re considering ordering from them, save yourself the headache and don’t.

Poor quality and terrible customer service. Return policy a scam. Poor quality, item not as pictured and while they advertise a 60 day return policy, all I got from customer service was "The international trade situation is complex. We do not accept order cancellations or returns due to personal reasons." I only purchased this item because they they said they had a "easy" and "guaranteed 60 day return policy" on their website which must be a SCAM as they offered no solutions for return my dissatisfied item. I would not buy from them ever again

TERRIBLE COMPANY-DO NOT USE!!! Ordered a cabinet, waited for over 60 days. Fedex sent an email stating it was damaged during shipping and could not be delivered, so I never received the item. Litfad is aware of this and is refusing to give a refund. They know I did not get the cabinet due to no fault of mine and will not issue a refund! Unbelievable!!!

Awful Customer Service and Delivery Awful. Only received 1 of 2 boxes after waiting months for delivery. The shipping company blamed it on Litfad and Litfad kept assuring me the package would be delivered soon. They later refused a refund claiming it had been delivered. Their customer service response is awful and just recirculate the same delay tactics.
