I honestly don’t get why they call this place Total Wine & More when they don't even sell the "more" you’d actually expect. I stopped by this massive store specifically to pick up some nice liquor gifts for my friends back home. Walking in, you expect a huge warehouse like this to have absolutely everything. But after searching around, I came to find out that they don’t sell any hard liquor at all—just beer and wine! It was incredibly frustrating and felt like a total waste of a trip. If you are going to put "More" in your actual store name, you should probably carry actual spirits, or at least put a massive sign out front warning people. I ended up having to leave completely empty-handed because they didn't have what I needed for my gifts. What the "more" is supposed to mean, I don’t really know. Maybe extra cheese or wine glasses? If you are looking for a bottle of whiskey, bourbon, or vodka to take home with you, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, because you won't find it here.

Complete Scam This site is a complete scam. They don’t return emails and their phone number is inactive. They address they provide is fraudulent, it is an unaffiliated liquor store address in a rundown neighborhood that sells snacks and malt liquor, not the high end products sold online.

The service was great very friendly lady who was working there. The store was very clean and well kept as well. Giving only one star because of a couple different reasons. First of all their hours listed on google said they are open until 11 tonight (Friday night) but they were closing up when I walked in at 9:50pm. Second of all for this to be such a LARGE liquor store they didn't have anything I went in looking for. And it's not as if I was looking for something odd that no one carries. I was looking for twisted tea and crown apple in mini size. They didn't have either one of those and that's what my wife was looking forward too so she didn't get anything. First time going in there and also the last time as well.

SCAM SITE SADLY, I WOULD TELL ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF USING THIS SITE TO RUN THE OTHER WAY. I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE 4 BOTTLES AND DECIDED, THANKFULLY TO JUST ORDER ONE AS I HAD NEVER USED THE SITE BEFORE SO WANTED TO PLAY IT SAFE. THANK GOD I DID. I PAID $100 AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT AN INTIAL EMAIL TELLING ME IT WOULD BE 7-10 DAYS AND I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH SHIPPING DETAILS. Money Stolen While prices were attractive, unfortunately they have actually stolen my money. After placing an order in December and receiving a confirmation in February (?) I contacted them that I never received the product. They have not responded, refunded or sent me the order. If you are ordering a special gift for a special occasion, please buy it from someone who appreciates your business, not someone who steals your money. Your local liquor store, while their prices may be a bit higher, genuinely appreciates your support. They would never steal your money.

Beware Scam This business is a scam!. Street address in google Maps shows a rundown shack in a very bad neighborhood in LA. Website looks impressive with many positive reviews.
