I cannot say enough about the great service I received from this company. Gary and Joe were amazing! They showed up on time and they responded to my messages quickly. Their pricing is also fair for the quality of the service. It was all very professionally done and my things were safely moved… on top of all my items being in the correct placement once brought into my home. I highly recommend!
LIOO Moving is an excellent and very professional moving service. This company does NOT charge you with exorbitant rates. Yet every other company I called included as additional fees i.e. mileage rates, equipment fees, packaging fees, disassemble and assemble fees. But this moving company doesn't charge any of that! They give you a flat hourly rate and that's it! You will not find ANY moving company that can match their professionalism, promptness, pricing and services GUARANTEED.

Hire at your own risk. This company appears to pick up random people off the street to complete jobs. They were completely unprofessional and, to make matters worse, they do not carry insurance. What was supposed to be a 4–5 hour move turned into a 10-hour ordeal. Fine—things happen. But during that time, they managed to break my 65” OLED TV and damage my California King bed.
I honestly suspect the crew had been drinking. The so-called team leader, Christopher, told me to call their number to file a claim—but no one ever answers. The fact that they asked for payment through Zelle should’ve been a red flag.
Save yourself the headache. This company is not equipped to handle moves professionally and seems more focused on getting paid than doing the job right. Buyer beware.

Unprofessional, messy and doesn’t have insurance. What LIOO does is pick up anyone off the street and brings them to your home to help you “move”. Don’t be temped by them being “cheap” they will mess up something. Don’t be like me and find out one broken bed and broken SIXTYFIVE inch TV later. Going to file a claim with the BBB.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t use these guys- Took my deposit & never sent a confirmation. Called & left a voicemail on the 2 numbers listed on their website, no returned calls. Sent a text to the number on their website and never got a response telling them I no longer wanted their services- never got a reply. At that point I assumed they weren’t going to show. Received a phone call the morning of my move telling me they had me scheduled. The time they had me scheduled for was also not the time I requested. Politely told the gentleman that called that I no longer needed them.
Kevin and Steve were amazing! They moved us out of our one bedroom condo and into a two story home! Super quick to respond and respectful of all of our furniture and boxes. Hired on Thursday and moved us on Sunday! Definitely pros at what they do! (We don’t want to move again any time soon but we’d definitely hire them again!)
