Came by because my aluminum valve stem caps were seized on my focus RS and in no time they were able to take me in, get the caps off, and fill my tire without me asking. Great service!

My intention with this review is simply to help others make an informed decision.
I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place based on my experience. I purchased and installed new tires and rims for my X3 here. On the day of purchase—after I had already paid a deposit—I realized their pricing was not the lowest as they had claimed. When I raised this, the staff member "Rocky" in charge asked me to send him the competitor’s quote so he could match it (I have a copy of his text still on my phone) . After I sent it, he told me he couldn’t match the price but would offer me a $1,000 store credit instead. I took this as a good-faith gesture and accepted it.
Over the following months, I had to return several times because the TPMS they installed was defective, but despite the inconvenience, I still believed I was dealing with a trustworthy shop. I eventually used part of my store credit for a tire swap and everything seemed fine.
However, during another seasonal tire change a few days ago, I was suddenly told that my remaining store credit had expired. This expiration was never mentioned to me at any point — not verbally, not in writing, and not on the receipt. I made it clear to the front desk that I would never have accepted a $1,000 store credit with a 12-month expiry, yet they continued to insist it was policy.
I kept copy of my store credit where there is 0 mention of any expiry date.
I contacted the franchise hoping they would address the issue, but I never received a response. This entire situation has been extremely disappointing, and what started as a positive experience has turned into a clear example of poor customer service and lack of transparency.

Are you looking to fix a flat tire for $85? This is the perfect place for you!
If you are ever in need to fix a tire on the go, this place will be happy to gouge you on the spot. Not just by overcharging for fixing a small hole in a tire, but also in performing unnecessary work on the vehicle. My advise.. if you're ever in a situation like this? Fill your tire with air at a gas station and find somewhere else.
