We love SERENA B! She is great with our 86 mg shepherd mix! She helps walk him, works on training with him on basic commands etc. Bucky gets SO excited to see her and knows her name! We hope to be working with her for the foreseeable future! Lily’s play-and-stay is lucky to have her as an employee!

My friend told me about Lily's Play-N-Stay and said it was such wonderful place for her dog to play and socialize with other dogs. She also said they do such a fantastic job with her sweet boy so I thought I would give it a try. I called a couple times and talked with Tracy. She was so kind, patient and answered all my questions to not make me worry or feel anxious about letting my dog try daycare or play with other dogs. I am very protective over him and would be devastated if anything happened to him. When I first walked in with my boxer boy Hank, I could not believe how clean it was and it was decorated so cute! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. I picked him up a few hours later and they took pictures of him playing with another puppy. I could tell he had so much fun and burned off lots of energy! I will be taking him back again soon and I have told my friends and neighbors about Lily's too.

This place is trash!! She makes her employees lie about putting dogs in rooms. Most dogs stay in pop up kennels when she has the place packed beyond capacity. She is literally robbing her clients paying $35 per day for daycare when they barely play or go outside. And she is definitely robbing the clients that are supposedly paying for “Life of Luxury” package at $73 per night. She is a liar and a very greedy human being. Don’t leave your dogs here!

I wanted to go ahead and share some more of the photos from this place. The owner also only shows people the so-called nice areas, the “rooms”. During tours, the employees do not to show the actual kennels in the back. Dogs that bark a-lot or are stressed out go in these back kennels.
Also, there are no overnight staff to care for the dogs boarding. The dogs only go out to potty every 4 hours or so because the place is understaffed. And the pups are only out for about 3-5 minutes that’s it.

It's a method we've adopted to ensure that pets are grouped based on size and temperament, guaranteeing their safety and well-being. We're a small business, but we're committed to providing the best care for our furry friends.
We want to emphasize that this practice is not something we hide from our current clients. In fact, we openly offer tours of our facility to assure both owners and their pets that they are being taken into consideration and to ensure that our environment is a good fit for them. Our facility boasts a mix of rooms, runs, and veterinary-grade kennels, and we take great care in placing each pet where they will be most comfortable and at ease.
For instance, if we have a super reactive pet or one that doesn't enjoy the company of other animals, they are likely placed in a room where they can feel safe and confident. On the other hand, if we have a young, active pet that's been playing all day and needs a short rest, they might be rotated through our kennels for a brief nap time. Our primary goal is always the comfort and well-being of the pets under our care.
Update 12Nov2023: I had 2 additional trips and used their services for extended stays for both of my dogs (1 large & 1 small). They are able to stay with each other while there. The first time, all the things were done for a great review, but what really assured me on the place was when I brought them back for their next stay. My dogs told me everything I needed to know through their body language and excitement for being there. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, both dogs knew where they were and were elated to be there. I couldn't gather their things fast enough! Once out of the car, both dogs were eagerly waiting for me to catch up to open the door! They wanted in! Then, as usual, the staff was amazing with greeting you and then my dogs loved the person who came up to take them back. You could tell my dogs were familiar with the staff and then my dogs happily pranced into the back with them!

First time my yorkie stayed for an extended trip. The staff was friendly and professional with setting up his stay, greeting at check in and communication while he was there. I felt confident that he was in great hands and on a mini vacation for himself while we were gone.
The report card was comforting to see how he was doing during the stay.

I have never taken my dog anywhere besides lilys. Luke my fur baby loves going to daycare. And if I have to go out of town I feel safe leaving him. The staff is wonderful. Amy the owner is amazing as well. They all treat your fur baby as if it was their own. I tell everyone looking for a place hands down lily’s play and stay.

Lily's was great. This is the first time we have left Willow anywhere. Willow loves her time their and she gets a lot of play time with other dogs. She was well taken care of, and I will definitely use Lily's again.
