I had a reservation for a party of 11 on May 30th 9pm. For a party of 11 we were seated at 5 black two seater tables , which would have been ok if we were receiving individual meals but because everything is served family style the plates are large. There was absolutely no space to accommodate the serving dishes, our personal plates drinks and bottles of water. We had to take the bottles of water and set them on the floor. Some of us had to put out purses in the bushes behind us. When served the entree the server attempted to put the food down on a table across from us. The solution given was to put the food on an extra table at the end and when we wanted a item WE the patrons can pass it down or we can condense the food ourselves. We were holding our plates in our hand to eat which resulted in a waiter bumping into her and the patron dropping the plate on her lap. The waitress didn’t know we had the drink package even though a manager came and confirmed it while we were seated. So we missed 45 min of the drink package which is for 2 hours. They ran out of one item on our prefix menu. This setup as a whole was unacceptable as this wasn’t a last minute reservation. At 1030 we should not have had to add tables and slide our chairs down to make space for a reservation that was pre paid and expected. And then finding out from the manager on duty they have an upstairs section thats supposed to accommodate large parties but double booked
i got the chili fried rice with steak and the rice was hard felt like it wasn’t fully cooked and the steak was dry. i also got the sangria, it was ok nothing crazy. they ran out of everything i actually wanted to try so i didn’t personally enjoy myself. nice ambience but mid drinks and below par food.
We were here to celebrate our nieces graduation and brought our 2 kids (ages 6 and 9). I was a little worried about bringing them because naturally not every place is kid friendly and we had never been here before so I was not sure. We had an amazing young lady named Felicity as our waitress. She put my worry at ease and was so on top of it with regards to the kids, from offering to put my daughters drink in a plastic cup opposed to the glass, to offering to bring them a smaller piece of the cake we had for dessert, to bringing them their own bowl of strawberries…little things like that are so important to a parent when bringing kids to a restaurant. Felicity was awesome and the restaurant was beautiful and food was delicious.
The view is absolutely stunning, definitely worth coming here just for that alone, especially during the sunset, the food was good, well made and thought out but it wasn’t anything to get excited over, small portions, especially for the prices. However the service was great, drinks were amazing, views spectacular and I’m sure that the place makes an amazing club during the night time, definitely picture and instagram worthy, but again the prices and the way the food is presented on the menu definitely builds higher expectations than what is received, the lobster ravioli has no lobster taste at all, not even chunks in the sauce or anything, which was disappointing considering it was one of the most expensive entree’s, we also left being disappointed by the dessert menu. The music and speaker system is top tier, you can feel the bass boosters the moment you walk in.
I came here for my best friend’s bachelorette dinner with a preset menu. The food, service, and entertainment were amazing! Beautiful views all around but what’s a beautiful place if the food isn’t up to par? I didn’t have the best expectations from other reviews here but all around a lovely restaurant and I would highly recommend it!
Came for a birthday, unfortunately the food was not up to par. With a guest of 5 people, some of the food came out cold and unseasoned. Many of guests were disappointed and sent their food back. They also carry photography services. Taking pictures were fine, but upon reviewing the photos to buy one via photographer, we were then accused of holding onto one. That was a bad taste. Service was great but food made this a bittersweet experience. And unfortunately due to wanting to end things quickly, we couldn’t do the birthday cake towards the end.
Fantastic experience at the Lighthouse Rooftop for any special occasion. I initially booked this out-of-state and sight unseen, which made me a bit nervous, especially since I needed to confirm handicap accessibility for a family member. However, everything was flawless! We had a party of 11, and the events team—particularly Susie—was incredibly efficient and helpful. Susie even assisted in scheduling a photographer to capture my parents’ anniversary. From the moment we arrived at the concierge, we were treated wonderfully. The restaurant itself is beautiful with unbelievable views. The staff, food, and drinks are all top-notch, and the servers were extremely attentive. Highly recommend this venue for large family gatherings!"
The place was great! It was lively. It had entertainment. The Customer Service was great. When I needed to change my reservation time I called and they did it over the phone.
The waiter we had was sweet and attentive. The food came out pretty quickly which was impressive. Even though the food was good I was little disappointed with the portion size. It wasnt a lot of rice. Other than that I pretty much I had a great experience there with me and my friend. I would definitely return
I had the Pink Drink with the Chipotle Teriyaki Chicken.
From the moment my guests and I arrived, every single detail exceeded my expectations. The service was absolutely impeccable, the food was exquisite, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the live performance truly captivated everyone. Every aspect contributed to an experience that was nothing short of perfect.
I especially want to commend Susy for coordinating everything from start to finish; the fine details truly made a difference. Sal, whose exceptional management ensured that everything ran seamlessly and efficiently throughout. The wonderful bartenders and the entire team who contributed to such a flawless and enjoyable experience. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through.
Choosing Lighthouse Rooftop for my birthday was undoubtedly the best decision, and I couldn't be happier with how the day unfolded. This celebration has left a lasting and incredibly positive impression, and I can confidently say it will certainly not be our last event with you. I am already looking forward to future opportunities to visit.

God forbid you wear a hat in this restaurant when you’re being blasted by the sunset. One of the waitresses made up a fake excuse saying other patrons were complaining about said hat and had a very rude attitude. Crazy power trip. I also observed others wearing a hat. Music is also SO loud. Work on your customer service :)
We went to celebrate my friend’s birthday. At first, everything was fine. There was no wait time, and our server was friendly. We ordered drinks and appetizers, which came out relatively quickly. However, our entrées took over an hour to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was cold. We tried multiple times to get our server’s attention, but he would only give us a faint smile and walk right past us.
The appetizers were good, but the drinks lacked flavor and the food was bland and cold. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I went with my family for my daughter‘s ninth birthday We had a 6:45 reservation Got there 10 minutes earlier understood that we had to wait to be seated because we were early however we got seated and I gave her our order. I specifically told her that my daughter. Is a picky eater and she doesn’t eat a lot of things all they had on the menu french fries they didn’t have any burger or anything like that which was fine because the menu has been changed as she state I ordered some chicken things that she recommended with French friesalso told her while bringing out the appetizers she could bring out my child’s food as well. I don’t want her to wait on the main course about 45 minutes and she brought the drinks and somebody has brought the appetizers most persons at the table ordered Lamb chops I ordered chicken two hours later was when the manager came over and said oh we don’t have any lamb chops and that was it no apologies. No nothing Just like that, we sat there and watch people seated after us being served when she said oh they were here but went on the patio. The people she was Talking about said to us that they’re lying because when they came, we were already here my biggest problem in all of this was that I told this lady to bring my child’s Food with the appetizer and you have a 9year-old child sit in there for two hours well by now it will be 2 1/2 hours and all the manager came over and said is we don’t have no lamb chops Just like that
Very disappointed with my experience. We went here on Mother’s Day and all though I understand that it was moderately busy, the service sucked. The waiter failed to check in with us for a whole hour as we waited for our entrees. We ordered our entrees at 8:00, my sister ordered the lamp chops. At 8:10 we over heard another table be told that the kitchen is out of lamp chops. At 9 the manager came over to tell us THEYRE OUT OF LAMP CHOPS. At the the same time the rest of the tables entrees came out and my sister had no food to eat. Our food came out cold, and under cooked.
They offered us something “on the house” my sister chose a bottle of wine but after realizing our food was not up to par, we sent everything back. The manager said he would take those items off the bill and he did, however when the bill came, that “on the house” bottle of wine was on the bill along with 2 cocktails we never received which we ordered before the entrees came out. They still charged us gratuity even though our waiter barely checked in on us.
After being there for 2+ hours we left hungry and went to raising canes after ( it was Sunday at 9:30pm not much options) what a great Mother’s Day dinner, NOT.
We were able to get the bill situation fixed pretty quickly which is why I gave them 1 star and the other star is because it’s a beautiful atmosphere but all that glitters ain’t gold.
This place took forever. The service was disappointing, the food took an extremely long time, and the staff did not know how to properly treat customers. I felt like I was treated poorly throughout the experience. Definitely not what I expected.
