After a fight early on to get my roof done now 3 years later it leaks and has issues. This how is 3 years old. They simply didn’t put the two trailers together correctly. They blame storms and say “if there is flashing where the two trailers meet, you don’t need a ridge cap” this is bogus and is causing damage on my home. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Update we talked to Lifeway the came and “fixed” the roof. Now 5 years after buying a new home from them I have to replace half the roof and ceiling. They did such an awful job with this! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE

Update: just saw fox 23 and how you once again don’t take the blame and make it sound like it’s the customers fault. It is never yours. It shows the kind of business you run with how you reply to people on here. It says the review from Danelle on your main page was 5 stars from four weeks ago, but she purchased her home 4yrs ago. It is on your personal business page. What else are you misleading your customers about? The way you respond to reviews gives people an insight of how you treat customers. Customers that want their homes finished correct. Do not recommend. Message me for more info

Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to be in business! Please look elsewhere, there are so many dealerships around Oklahoma.

Chelsi did so much hand holding while I was worried about our loan (SBA). And Mike, Rusty and all the guys did so much for us. The few things damaged in moving our double wide (with sheet rock!) were made right! We bought from out of state and chose this great group out of many we shopped at. They even worked with all the endless paperwork SBA required and came out to the site to clear rubble from our tornado destroyed home and prepare the site. Priceless customer service.

Me and my family went to Lifeway Homes not once but TWICE to find a home. We found a $400k home that we loved and was ready to get the buying process underway. To this day we have NEVER even had a phone call returned nor a follow-up visit. We talked with Mike, the owner, both times and even his son in law helped us the second time around but neither have reached out to us ever. I even told a Lifeway salesman at a home show and his excuse was that they were just "really busy". So I guess my take away from this is that our home or business didn't mean enough to them to extend any type of professional customer service whatsoever to our family. I wouldn't recommend their business to a soul and if I could give less than one star I would.

Great people to deal with. Didn't seem to be pushy like other dealers in the area. The selection and options were great, lots of floor plans and personal options you can add if needed. When I'm ready to purchase it will definitely be from here.

Before you buy from Lifeway Homes I would recommend you do a little research. I regretted for not because I was desperate to get a home. I recommend to anyone who thought about buying go look up on YouTube. These people will work really hard to get the loan close and get the fund in their pocket but after that they will just ignore you. Will not talk or reply to any of your text and emails. Once they house is done it looks like they just pick up guys from the street to do it. Nail holes are everywhere on external walls and roof. Septic was not fill in dirt correctly and roof was leaking due to holes on the roof. They fix the roof by placing adhesive on top of the holes. Roof still leaking and they had no plan to get it to fix. They told me to go to my insurance and have them fix it. House is still under warranty and they want me to make a insurance claim? That's fraudulent. Inside the house all the trims, countertops, sink were not done right. Trims are coming off and sink was not sealed. Still trying contact them. They don't reply anymore. They will stall until I gave up. Right now roof is leaking. I'm afraid it might damage my house. I have requested to talk to Mike the owner but they won't allow that. Hey Mike call me and let's do something right like what you say in the video. Good luck to anyone who chooses this company to do their home, get ready for some headaches

Lifeway homes is a great place to find your forever home. Not only are the homes amazing and the best I have seen, but the service is even better. Tyler is a great person to help you find the perfect home. He has helped our family through tough times and has been understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend lifeway homes for your future forever home!

Lifeway Homes did a fantastic job making sure me and my wife were satisfied with our home buying experience. Tyler in sales went above and beyond getting us the floor plan and additional upgrades we wanted. Ended up going with a model that wasn’t on the lot so that took some time as expected but luckily we weren’t in dire need of the home ASAP. Allysa with finance was always so helpful and made sure everything on that end was taken care of promptly. There was a slight hiccup with the pad setting and our bathroom was missing the tub we wanted, but Lifeway made sure to compensate for the trouble and it honestly looks great. The gentlemen who did the septic and hooked up the water and electric were very professional and made quick work of the process even though they had to run our water line further than normal I would say. The team that did the factory trim out were on time and were also done way sooner than I expected and made sure every detail was correct. The final walkthrough was very thorough and wasn’t just a quick sign here so it’s done kind of process which I appreciated. All in all, Lifeway Homes was exceptional in our home buying experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home. Thank you Lifeway!!

Buying our forever home from them. Tyler and Chelsie, have went out of there way to ensure every detail, was met. To above our satisfaction, the whole process of ordering ,financing insurance ,was all relatively painless ,highly recommend tyler and his team!

You're better off buying a couple sheds from The Home Depot, putting them on a plot of land and calling it a day.

The combination of Lifeway Homes and Deer Valley home builders delivered us a brand-new semi-custom home that we were able to move into in just six months start to finish. This option was both economical and efficient. Tyler and Mike did a great job managing the process and working as a go-between with the manufacturer. We bought the 3,100 sq ft DV Anais, adding a porch and modifying exterior features. We customized the floor plan, added can lights throughout, put in quartz and upgraded wood laminate. At every step of the way, Tyler was patient and accommodating. The guys at DV were open to every door I added and wall I moved. One of the best things Tyler was able to pull off was that because my land slopes, he was able to set the house at grade and install a cinder block skirt wall that gives it that pier and beam look we wanted. I handled installing the electric, water, and septic utilities. Tyler's team did a great job connecting it all to the house. Given that they delivered this heavy home at under $175 sq ft, these guys saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have the house I wanted exactly where I wanted it. More people need to look into doing their new homes this way. It's a fantastic approach to buying a house.

It has been a blessing working with Lifeway Homes. My wife and I were hit by a tornado and were looking for a home we could get back into. Looking at several other manufactured home brands we were amazed at the quality of the Deer Valley homes. The staff were easy and willing to work with us and went the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Tyler has been in contact with us even after the sale and setup to be sure we were happy. Thank you Lifeway for helping us get our life’s to a somewhat normal place.

Alright so it’s been 31/2 years since I’ve had my manufactured home and it’s not worth it to me from this company. Like I said it’s 3 1/2 years and the roof is already leaking in three different spots in the house and the ac is leaking everywhere into the master bedroom and and the laundry room just found that out the other day
