They are very professional and polite. My wife had been talikg to Terrill for a little bit over a year before we were finally able to come down and take a look at the homes. We were very impressed by what they had to offer and Terrill worked really hard on setting us up with the right house with the right budget. Terrill and his coworkers have done a great job of working with us not only with buying our home but helping us set it up on raw land as well. We are very pleased with Life Way Homes.

Chelsi is awesome and highly recommend her. She listens and works hard to get you into something that meets your needs. Only scored a 4 as we decided to build a house instead and can’t rate at a 5 for that reason. We got a better rate to build that beat the rate for Mfg housing. However, if we hadn’t decided to build, Lifeway would have been our next choice.

I met the Lifeway team at the fair this year. All were very polite and helpful with questions. I went to the Lifeway Home lot the very next day and met Tyler. He was very nice and professional. I’m sorry to only give 4 stars due to the fact that I did not purchase a home, nor did I go through the building processes and I don’t want to give an opinion based on information I don’t have. I’m sure they would be wonderful to work with and if they had the home I wanted ready at that time- I would have done business with them! Nice bunch of people though!

Don't buy here and don't buy Deer valley brand....barely in this home over a year and already had to pay 25,000 for a new roof,and now the master bathroom shower has fallen in,currently have a contractor here fixing more of this dump home...has been nothing but a money pit....I have photos to back this up!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE OR DEER VALLEY!!!!!

I went with lifeway as a first time homebuyer looking for a good deal at even better price. That is where I met Chelsi and she showed me my forever home. I took notes of what I saw needed fixed and she encouraged me to do so because it wasn't a simple purchase and she wanted me to be happy with my foreber home. And kept reiterating that I am not being too much to deal with. So fast forward after picking and closing and getting the home delivered. There have been a few bumps in the road and I have been met with nothing but kindness and grace from her even though I am sure they have nightmares about my number popping up. I have read some of the reviews reflecting the company and it makes me sad they are being bashed for sometimes things out of their control. I have had pretty good communication throughout the experience. And when anything was wrong I called Chelsi and she got the ball back rolling for us. May Chelsi and the staff there at Lifeway always be met with kindness.

Started the process back in August of '24. Then my property went into probate. Mike and Tyler were very accommodating and held the home for me until April. I was very pleased with all the steps that we went through. The excessive rain fall in the spring delayed and frustrated the process but Tyler kept me informed through it all. I would absolutley recommend them if you're looking for a home. Now, if you purchase a Champion Home, you might be in for more frustration as Champion is not a very communicative company. They're quality is good but if you have an issue you'll need to be patient.
