Amazing experience, Casey and team with On Top Roofing did a fantastic job! I had them add multiple vents and even sealed up a pipe that needed sealing on the roof! Just by doing a couple of things we extended the life of our roof! If you need a roofing team or just doing a once over give them a call

These guys are awesome!!! We discovered A leak directly above our front door, which we were pretty sure probably came through the roof. I notified LifeTime and within a day James came out to have a look. Immediately went right to work and noticed a potential issue…then he repaired it on the spot. LifeTime originally built my roof 10 years ago and we haven’t had any major problems with it and this minor problem was fixed quickly. These are great guys and have always been very kind to look at any problem we may have had. Highly recommend them!! The best!

We had IWC roofing just replace our roof. They had the best price in the estimates and the guy doing the inspection was nice and good at communicating till we signed the contract. Once the crew got to our house they were working very quickly. I had quesitons but most of the workers did not speak english and I could not get ahold of the estimate guy because he was doing an inspection. As I was watching them do the roof, I had to have them fix the wood they had layed down in the corner because it was terribly aligned. Then my husband had to have them pick up their garbage in the attic, and then we had to have them come back to pipe the bathroom vent out the top of the roof, because the estimate guys did not tell his crew too like we asked. Then later we had to go fix that because the guy just asked for random tape to put it up with and then we found that in the attic they had not replaced supper damaged two -bys like they said they would and now its to late. And then they left the dump container in our driveway for 3 days and kept saying they were going to come pick it up (today, okay, first thing in the morning.) and then said okay today between 12 and 1. And they are still not here. Im not impressed. You have to make sure they do their job right because you can't trust them to do it the right way.

They did good job but then 1st rain storm noticed a leak and called to get someone to come out and look, was told they will tell the contractor it’s rush/emergency no one ever called and we called few more times still nothing. If you have issues good luck it may not get fixed or resolved.

We hired this company to do a roof for us. They were very attentive. The process was awesome until we are now having a problem with the roof. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact them and no one has ever called us back. They obviously did not guarantee their work. We now have to hire another company to fix their problem. Would never recommend them

$65K for a new metal roof and 2 years later they won't call me back to seal holes in the roof they installed. 6 weeks and 3 rain storms later and I still have holes in my roof. We have called 10+ times to their office line and many times to the sales rep's voicemail. I can't believe a company would operate this way. Why won't you call us back? Why won't you come seal the hole in our roof that you promised to do? The office staff (it's a paid answering service) apologizes and takes a message but nobody ever calls back. We leave voicemail after voicemail with the sales rep and he never calls back. The owner was supposed to call us, but hasn't. For my warranty (which I doubt they would ever stand behind based on this experience) I need them to do the work, but they are just ignoring us. We've even received a bid and agreed to pay, but nothing. We've resorted to now paying a competitor to come and service our roof. I wish we had used a reputable company. The work quality was average - pretty sloppy cuts, screws poking through the metal roof, and other things you wouldn't see unless you actually get on your roof and check.

avoid at all cost Extremely disappointed with Lifetime Roofing and Masonry. From start to finish, this was one of the worst contractor experiences I've ever had. The work was sloppy, delayed, and far below professional standards. What’s worse, their team was rude, dismissive, and completely unaccountable when issues were raised. Communication was a nightmare—they ignored calls, made threats, and showed zero respect for my time or property. Later the work was found as totally incorrect by a home inspector. We trusted them with an important job, and they failed on every front. If you're considering hiring them, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money.

In 2023 I hired lifetime to replace the roof on my sonroom. They recommend a TPO roof. After completion of the job I soon found d that it leaked. I have been trying g to get them to finish the job for two years. They have not even made an attempt. I hope they complete the job soon so that further actions will not be necessary.

First question: Would I use Lifetime Roofing again to replace my roof? Answer: absolutely yes Second question: Why? Answer: We needed our roof replaced as well as several skylights replaced. Aaron was next door replacing our neighbors roof, so I asked him to come over and give us a bid. I'm glad I did. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained all the options and also did additional research for our skylights. He did not try to upsale, but gave honest, informative answers. We had received several bids, but decided to go with Lifetime Roofing. We scheduled a time and their crew came out. They did a great job. They were easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. If you need a roof, make sure you give them a call.

I am very happy with the work that Lifetime roofing did for me. The boots on my vents look so much better and I have peace of mind my roof is no longer vulnerable to roof wrecking raccoons! I was very impressed with Casey willingness to go the extra mile. I asked Casey while they were repairing my roof if they could trim away the branches of my tree next to my house. He did it with no hesitation AND hauled the branches away for me!!! I didn’t expect that but it was very much appreciated! Casey will do a fantastic job - give them a call, I know you will be happy and satisfied with his work!! And yes, they will be doing my roof when I need it down the road - you know good service when you see it👍🏻 Photo is of new boot repair.

I hired Lifetime Roofing for a project to completely remove my existing roof down to the studs, including taking down my solar panels, and then install a new roof. I worked with Aaron who was the project lead and he did a great job of walking me through the whole process while providing helpful insight without trying to upsell me on unnecessary features. The project was completed on time and was true to the quote. Aaron and the team went the extra mile at each opportunity to ensure a quality installation and I am very happy with my much improved new roof.
