Everything was perfect. Great people.

I want to say thank you to Dr. Nick I really appreciated how you made sure to explain everything as this was a big thing for me to get back to where I was able to fully serve my families. Thank also to Rahul, Philipe, Andre, Ethan, and all the massage therapists I definitely couldn’t have been able to get those stretches 😂. But thank you again to all the staff at Liberty Healthcare in Plano !!!!! You guys definitely are the best and I am grateful for it 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I was so pleased from the beginning with Mari and then the Md Dr Nick He was through and professional and explained the process The guys doing the therapy we’re all very respectful and funny at times The message therapists were excellent And then there’s the two receptionists who were very helpful and accommodating They are Mayra Dee

The staff at Liberty is superb. The reason I only give one star, is having a great team, and a true sense of humanity for the well being of the patients, is all negated when you are lied to. To not go into much detail, but being treated under 3rd party insurance, told mine would not be used unless needed. Well now my insurance rates are increased as the funds were emptied well before any settlement was made. So definitely do not fall for what I did with the lady that does your initial consultation. Definitely doing some double dipping there........AT MY COST

Liberty Healthcare saw us after a car accident. We did not get a lawyer until later (I advise you not to do this. The entire system is setup for you to have a lawyer to represent you. I learned the hard way). Every lawyer I interviewed was not happy that we went to Liberty Healthcare. They will charge you top dollar and you will be expected to pay back every penny. They do not negotiate, even if your case doesn't go the way you expect it to. Take it as an honest warning. Good luck.

Dr. Nic and his bandy crew that I dealt with at Liberty were a pleasure to work with. No doubt I was hesitant from the start after dealing with the bs if health insurance just to get to this point. Dr spent his time understanding why and what happened but I think more than anything this group gets to know you. Wants to know you. Asks questions and genuinely just want to interact with you. Each step was walked through and at any point if I felt something wasn't gonna work I just told them and they changed it up. My point is this place isn't about getting treated. They do that. This place wants to treat you. That's different...because there is a level of care that goes beyond

Liberty Healthcare is AMAZING! The doctors, the massage therapist, the physical therapist, and even the reception staff – everyone was so kind and helpful. They really cared about my recovery and gave me awesome tools to use outside their care. I’m so thankful for everything they’ve done for me. Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided by all staff

Great service, from the front door to the back. Excellent communication and felt 100% better when I completed my therapy.

Everyone was amazing Doctor Nick always adjusted my back really good everyone was so nice and helpful from the ladies at the front desk Mayra and Maddie to the guys in the back Andres and Rahul as well as the massage therapists Melissa and Taylor awesome Ladies which were the MVPs in my recovery I wouldn't of gotten better if it wasn't for their help.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient caring for me on my road to recovery. My visits to the office became the highlight of my day. I would highly recommend Liberty healthcare for your physical therapy needs. Francisco

I could never say enough good things about Liberty Healthcare and their staff.Being the victim of a severe hit and run near the holidays was traumatizing, and so many aspects of it were stressful. I can honestly say that Liberty saved me SO much time and trouble- from matching me with a great attorney to rehabilitating me after my injury. The doctor, physical therapists, and finance department are all passionate and kind, and really want to see you get better. The massage therapists are also amazing at what they do. I would recommend anyone who has been in an accident to choose Liberty Healthcare to help get them back on their feet, quite literally!

Dr. Nick and his entire team are great. After my car wreck, I was referred to them by my PCP. Knowing how referrals go, I was thinking weeks or even months to get seen but I was seen in their facility same day I called. Rehab was easy, convenient and usually on my time frame.

I can not say enough great things about Liberty Healthcare! From the moment I walked in Madison and Myra were welcoming with friendly smiles. Dr. Cantrelle has an excellent bedside manner and truly cared to make sure I was getting better. The techs there were always friendly and helpful. All the massage therapists were amazing as well. I highly recommend Liberty Healthcare for anyone who needs it! Everyone there truly cares about how your treatment is progressing and take the time and effort for you to get better.

I was in a car accident and was injured. I am so thankful that my PCP recommended I go to Liberty Healthcare. The whole team is a blessing.... and very friendly. :) I would recommend this place to anyone.
