I recently purchased several doors and a window through Lensing. I had amazing customer service from the start. Making a large purchase and having it installed in your home can be a stressful decision and it's hard to find a partner you can trust - I am glad to have found Lensing. Also, the install was excellent. Mark and his team did great work and were professional and courteous. They were on-site 2 different times for installs and both times were great. Highly recommend.

Terrible company and people, do not care about the customer and will leave you with a damaged product and will refuse to replace it. I highly recommend avoiding this shady place.
Response: Yet I still have a damaged cabinet I have had to buy again from somewhere else. So no you failed to stand behind it all, you did not do your best to correct everything as there is still a damaged cabinet. Sure protect your "customer" so they can screw over theirs. Don't wish me anything because you have made it a nightmare. It needed more than a wall skin and you simply deny that fact. Horrible people and shady business practice
Hi, Zach. We apologize you received damaged products. That's never our goal. To help make things right, we replaced an entire cabinet, three cabinet doors, one cabinet box, one drawer front and some crown molding and trim. A wall skin is on order to address a scratch on the side of your end cabinet.
We respectfully disagree with your comments about our team. We're proud of our folks because they care about doing a good job and taking care of our customers - and in this instance, our customer's customer. Do we always get everything right? No, but we will do our best to correct any issues.

When we bought our home we knew the front door needed to be replaced, but with double doors and transom the quotes we were getting were $5000 and up. We consulted with the experts at Lensing and replaced the full glass panels and made other small repairs and now the doors are solid and work like new! All in, we saved $4000 and the doors are beautiful!!
