Be careful Very very very disappointing builder!! The location is really nice. The design of the community is spacious with great sidewalks and fountain scenery. The workmanship on the interior is poor, sloppy carpentry. The drywalling is crooked in many areas of the home. The kitchen cabinets were installed crooked and under the cabinets the screws are visible which makes the cabinetry look cheap. The installers didnt even use matching nails & brackets for continuity! The windows were poorly trimmed, finished on the inside. They installers used caulk to hide gaps instead of measuring properly and fitting trim to the areas. Some of the door trims are cut too short and cut one length on one side and a different length on the opposite side, unequal. The doors are the cheapest quality available. The stair trim is not wood. It is some fabricated board that you can't touch-up paint. The material doesn't take. And the way the stair trim was installed is bizarre! They installed a very very cheap form of trim over the risers on the stairs that sticks out from the wall and needs recaulking repeatedly however the trim continues to separate from the wall. It looks awful. So many essential details were that make a home look quality were done very poorly. If it weren't for the 1 year warranty we would had to spend more money and yet even after some irregularities were corrected, many things were left uncorrected. The carpenters on the warranty team short-change the customer because several jobs require tearing the work down and starting from the beginning. They don't want to do that because it costs too much money and they are the carpenters that initially did the work in the beginning. So, they mainly do patch-up work, unless the items are small and only require quick repair. the new homeowner is taken advantage of. I would never choose this builder again. Look around as long as you can for builders that provide choices, bring inspectors in early & at each stage. Take pictures constantly during the building process. Have a great lawyer on hand.
