My landlord came and told us they are selling our house and I flipped out thinking we’d never be able to get approved for a loan to buy it from him. My husband just started a new job and I have my own business so I thought we were totally screwed. My realtor Amanda Nunes said I had to use Ryan because he’s THE BEST and she has used him several times herself to buy her homes as well as all her clients. He had his work cut out for him but he got us approved and fully funded so quick I couldn’t believe it. He’s super easy to work with. Calm and collected when I was basically a nervous stressed wreck. So smart and knowledgeable on any question I had (I had A LOT). I would recommend anyone who is trying to buy a house to use him !
