So, to give our readers context of this 1 star review please note case in mention: Client ordered a set, when the client contacted our whatsapp she mentioned she needed it before 3pm (Islamabad) as she was leaving to go out of city for a few days. We sent the piece out and the client made payment via bank transfer. I messaged the client to see if she had received it and if everything ok. We didn't receive a reply until around 5-6 days later in which the client claimed the piece was damaged. The client sent photos of the piece and we could see that there was some damage. Client stated that she left and didnt receive the parcel herself (first contradictory statement), and her family had opened it and sent photos to her. I nevertheless was shocked as under no circumstances do we send damaged items EVER period. I asked the client to send back the product and we will issue a full refund but my suspicion was aroused. The client then sent the piece back around 4/5 days after this contact. When i opened the piece i was UTTERLY shocked to find that the tags had been removed, the piece was rife with the smell of body odour, the panties had been washed (badly) to try to conceal any trace of a smell but the smell was apparant throughout the set. I called the client instantly, she claimed that she hadn't even seen the product at all, she claimed she sent it back without even checking it herself, which does'nt make any sense, if i had purchased something online and was damaged i would want to see for myself. The clients responses were childish, and carried an overwhelmingly sense of straight up lies. The client claimed she will speak to her family and get back to me. The client got back to me a few days later, and stated she spoke to her family and nobody owned up, and seeing as though she had paid she would like the product sent back. We have an amazing product, our google reviews and our trust index are testament to our product quality and customer service. The utterly shocking and filthy behaviour has left me in total disbelief, i'm from the UK and this is practically unheard of! and to leave a 1 star review, disgusting behaviour from a deceitful human being.
