Charlotte is a very good therapist she unsterstood my skin type and knew how to treat accordingly.. she is very thorough and takes her time.. i chose the facial that would calm my spots down and seen a reduction in the amount of spots I have..

I met Lauren around 3 years ago when she started doing my lashes.
She now does my lashes, brows, manicure, pedicure, facials & any other treatment.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else & trust her completely.

I went along to see Lauren to discuss best options for me to have to treat facial lines as I hit the midlife crises of becoming 40. Lauren advised me to have the following, Dermapen microneedling and Level 1 Enzyme.
I felt a little un easy having the treatment but reassurance from Lauren helped me and was very pleased with the outcome and noticed the difference for a while after.

Met Lauren at Cozen Beauty and skincare a few weeks ago. Consultation was very good discussing options of what I wanted done. Been today for first RF treatment was nervous but Lauren was very reassuring and I felt more relaxed. Lovely decor and nice relaxing atmosphere.
They have lots of beauty and skincare options available and the facial cream kit by Image MD is lovely my skin was looking more fresh and Tone after 4-5 days.
Looking forward to my next session.
I highly recommend Cozen Beauty, Lauren she is a beautiful caring first Class beauty therapist.
Go on treat yourself highly recommended 5☆☆☆☆☆

I've been coming here for around 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Service is always fab, you get a warm friendly welcome and Lauren always caters to my specific requests, even when it means extra work for her. My niece has also been here and is extremely shy, but after her first visit she said she can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend! Lauren is very knowledgeable and it is very clear she has dedicated so much of herself into the business and providing a high level of service.

I absolutely loved my Hydro2 facial with Charlotte. She was very informative about what my skin needed and how each stage of the treatment would benefit it.
It’s a hardworking facial as opposed to a relaxing one, but I still managed to catch 40 winks during the skin tightening part of the treatment and being all cozy under the heated blankets. 🤣🙈 My skin felt amazing after, and I love how my make-up has been since having it.
Thank you for a wonderful treatment that actually works, I will definitely be booking this again!

I have been going to Cozens Beauty for laser hair removal. I’ve had 2 sessions so far and I’m so impressed and happy with the results I am already seeing.
Lauren is always so welcoming and friendly which puts me at ease.
She is also very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have.
The salon looks lovely and is warm, clean and welcoming.
My only regret is not having laser hair removal sooner, best decision I have ever made and I would recommend Cozens Beauty to anyone who is looking to have laser done!

I couldn’t recommend this place more. Lauren and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at ease and are so professional. I attend regularly and I can’t fault the service. Everything Is done to the highest quality. Very happy!

Amazing service and really friendly staff. I notice a huge difference to my armpit hair growth even after one application. I can’t wait to finish the course of treatment! I thought it would be very expensive but with the course booking discount it a great price x
