I want to help others looking for a vet in the area, don’t go here. I recently moved into the area and my dog broke her tooth. I brought her here thinking they would let me know what’s best, the vet said extract the tooth. It was expensive but if a vet recommends it I’ll do it. Then when I bring my dog in for the extraction, the vet doing the extraction took one look and said she didn’t need it, but still did anesthesia and a very expensive teeth cleaning which really wasn’t needed, no apologies just pay it, and couldn’t even say my dog’s name right after clarifying with multiple techs. I then find out the pet program they recommend to save time and money gives the same discount we get with my husbands military status and was locked into a program for a year. The same pet program that advertises “discounted nail trimmings and free exams” however you can’t get a follow up appointment for 3 months, when most places now do walk in nail trims for 10 dollars. I tried nicely asking to cancel the pet program via email because I had already spent 7 months paying it and they basically said nope you can pay the remainder or wait until it expires and call in to cancel or we’ll renew it. As soon as I put in a BBB complaint they immediately cancelled the program and called to apologize but too late. Don’t get scammed by this place.

If I can put no stars I would. All business this place is, My cat stormie died because of there ways. I pay for an exam they don’t take her temperature, I would have known by that it she was dying or just lethargic, and dying from the cancer. they were barely picking the phone up for me, they weren’t there for me at all. The women resectionist was always rude in all ways possible, probably hates her job. How can u not take a temperature at an exam someone paid for!! It’s almost like they wanted me to just keep buying medicine till she died. Horrible experience. If u love you’re animal don’t bring them here.

UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE 5 STARS AGAIN AND AGAIN I WOULD, I THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST SO TENTIVE TO MY CATS NEEDS BECAUSE AN UPPER RESPRIATORY INFECTION SEEMS LIKE AN URGENT MATTER, WELL MY CAT HAS ANOTHER ISSUE AND THEY LADIES HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT HELPFULL, MY WORK SCHEDULE COLLIDES WITH THEM SO COMING IN WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME. THERE COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE AMAZING WITH ME ON HELPING ME RESOLVE MY CATS ISSUES, I COME FROM A MEDICAL BACKROUND SO MY STANDARD OF CARE EXPECTATIONS ARE VERY HIGH, AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT MAKE ME HAPPY WITH THEM! *FIRST REVIEW* My cat had puss coming out of his eye, I called another vet that was open on Saturday and they made it seem like it was no big deal, because they scheduled me on Thursday, and also didn’t say I should seek help from someone who can take us sooner. Well I called young’s only to find out my poor kitten has signs of a upper respiratory infection. Young’s got me in SAME DAY! They have a sense of urgency and understanding that things happen over night and they make time for emergencies. This is the type of vet / animal hospital your pet needs, people who actually care and are concerned for your animals well being. Thank you to EVERYONE who made my appointment possible, my 2 month old kitten is on meds and is thriving thanks to y’all!

(Edit after a 5 years) I'm not sure how I feel. It's okay, but last time or two i went didn't feel the same sense of care, the concern etc was still there but it feels more in and out business care.... That along with new fees like their 10$ fee just for getting a prescription that has to be paid first before they will allow a third party to fill it and the back and forth needing for that, is just frustrating and time wasteful especially with my social anxiety..... (Original review) Wow! Shocked at how cheap my spay was and the service, care and quality of service is excellent. Always feel like my dog is loved and cared for and not just for my money Vet explained things too so I could make informed decisions and gave great tips and advice.

I had a great experience when I was able to get my senior kitty (18 y.o.) in for a walk-in appointment following two cancellations from another local vet. Dr. Ron and Justin were great with my cat. They listened to my concerns and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. They both had an excellent "bedside manner" with my cat who was not happy to be there. The vet relayed the results of the exam quickly and explained everything thoroughly. This office has great communication and friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to take their pets!

Young's Animal Hospital in Titusville, FL is top notch! The veterinarians, vet technicians, front and back staff are simply amazing. It's the first time my little bishon/miniature poodle ever had a full blood panel done and that the Head Veterinarian actually called me to tell me the results. She'd also recommended a product to help with her with one of her liver markers, available at their onsite pharmacy. I'd also had my Molly's teeth cleaned there and was impressed. It's a bit more expensive but isn't your fur baby worth getting the best of care?

For starters the office manager, Sara, is very rude. The care team read my cats chart wrong and because of that we were told we had to come back for another appointment which means even more money. It’s not the vaccines I was upset we had to pay, it’s the fact that THE CARE TEAM, THE PROFESSIONALS, read my cats chart INCORRECTLY. Did anyone apologize? No. Did anyone offer a discount for the second visit that should have never happened anyways because it should have been done the first visit? NO. Did the office manager apologize for hanging up on me while I was in the middle of speaking to clarify the situation? No! The Doctor himself was awesome. I wished he could go to the other vet we found. My boyfriend called to cancel the appointment and was told he couldn’t get his deposit back. But when I called I was told we could (we spoke to two different people). The office manager won’t give me corporate information either. Overall it was an awful experience.

The staff at Young's were amazing. You could feel the care they gave when I had to have my much loved dog to sleep. It was heartbreaking but the way the staff and doctor were so respectful and caring made the hardest thing that much more bearable. They have a private comfort room to allow clients to relax with their passing pets with soft music, dim lights and most importantly privacy to love on your pet so they don't feel alone. 💔

I had to take my sweet girl pantera in to be put down I’ve had her since she was 7weeks old she was 12… all the staff was very nice very respectful and friendly they listened to me they gave me time they did not rush me.. I did a private cremation for my sweet girl I got her ashes back in a very cute urn with paw prints on it got some of her fur then got a card in the mail later that every employee signed sending their condolences and had a piece of paper that had my babies paw print on it.. highly recommended!! Thank you young’s for everything definitely will be returning with my other fur babies to have y’all as their vet!!!

I had a pleasant experience. I brought my dog in for a bee sting. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to fit my dog in for medical attention and immediately administered the necessary meds to help with his anaphylaxis. Dr. Rodriguez was professional and provided an explanation to my dog's plan of care. The cost was affordable as well. Quick a d effecient service. I appreciate everyone at Young's animal hospital .

Go anywhere else. Once they went corporate, they are awful. Can’t get needed meds there. They say to go online. It takes you to a third party that doesn’t work. They want $1,000 to clean teeth. There are some much better options.

Awful, I came in to have my best friend for years put down after several days of mourning. Instead of doing what I needed she was given a 5 min exam and I was turned away and charged a $108.00 for an exam I didn’t ask for. I just wanted my friend to not suffer any more. All they care about is the money #nodignity
