The company has consistently been pestering my household. They have shown up at my house at least 4 times over the past year, over "storm damage" from May. (for context it's december at time of writing). Even after previously telling a representative I wasn't the owner of the house and to leave, they still keep coming back. Left a sticky note on their notice to emphasize that we are not interested. Investigating getting no solicitor signs from the sheriff's office, as ignoring the sign violates the county ordinance.
0 STAR if I can - They came through making promises and because it is not a full restoration loss claim on the roof no longer wanting to assist in the process. It was partial loss claim on the roof that they came door to door soliciting but unable to honor an open claim. My insurance company will not retract the claim and this company no longer even attempts to call me back. Disgusting and unscrupulous business practice. I will not go with them. Don’t waste your time.

I have been completely impressed with Legacy Restoration. We used them to repair our primary home, ADU (2nd home on the property) and our shed after a horrible hail storm. Our sales person, Crosby is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! He was on top of everything, worked with insurance to verify what was being covered and what wouldn't be, he called/text during every step in the process so I knew what to expect and he checked in when everything was completed (noting our project was completed within a few weeks of the damage, AND ahead of schedule). I would not be more impressed with Crosby! Legacy did a great job and I HIGHLY recommend them. Exceptional job!

Replacing your roof has the potential to be a very stressful project. Just because you’re a homeowner doesn’t mean you know anything about your roof beyond it should keep the rain out and replacing it is going to be expensive. I had storm damage earlier in the year. Paul was my Legacy sales rep manager and primary contact. He and the rest of the Legacy team; Alex, Julio and everyone I had contact with were so professional and patient. If I had any questions, and I did, I could easily get answers. Legacy worked with my insurance company and this part was seamless to me. Alex and Paul helped with product selections. The actual roof replacement was scheduled for Friday October 17th. It was amazing to watch. The roof team showed up at the scheduled time and efficiently removed and replaced the old shingles. It can be a messy process but the crew was careful and literally cleaned up every nail and piece of debris! At the end of the day I had a new roof and my property looked the same as the day before. Getting all the paperwork and warranty completed took a while but I never doubted Paul was following it to the end. It may sound strange but replacing my roof with Legacy was an enjoyable experience. Legacy delivered an excellent product with stellar service at a reasonable price and an excellent warranty. I would recommend Legacy without hesitation.

When those guys sales people knock in your door trying to earn your business please shut off your door in their face.
Here’s what happened
On march 2025 they came to my house saying that my roof needs to be replaced and they will work with my insurance company to get it approved and get it all done without me worrying about anything.
We started the process and everything was struggling since the beginning always hard to reach any one from that team . First insurance denied it because they weren’t using proper tool to do repairs test and they damaged those shingles and off course my HOA fines me twice about it, I tried over and over with them to do something about but they didn’t,
I fought by myself with insurance company to send another adjuster out and finally I got it approved to full replacement on end of September . I was told they will build up my roof very quickly because of all of that wait time but instead of doing so it took them a month to send someone out to pick up which shingles we want and after that I was told my material will be delivered to my house on November 12 but it hadn’t arrived. I called they said it was a delay because it is special order so my build up date will be on November 19 instead . decided to wait but guess what they didn’t show up , so I called for them to lie again saying that they waiting for permit and they will get it done on December first. Guess what it is December 4 and I am still waiting.

Never used them, and never will. They rang the doorbell at my home when I had a very clear 'Do Not Solicit' sign waking up my daughter taking a nap. If this company doesn't respect property rights and simple request for privacy, they don't deserve your business. Go somewhere else!

Blatenly ignored a 'no soliciting' sign, and woke my daughter up from a nap. When I called to complain they said the individual will be reprimanded; however, if you look at their online reviews it appears they frequently ignore 'no soliciting' signs, so to me it seems to be company policy to just ignore them. The indivdual spoke to kept staying they are an A+ BBB business. This is true, so maybe BBB should further analyze if a company that doesn't respect privacy and property rights, should qualify for this rating.
Do not hire. These people cannot even follow a single simple instruction. Christopher Koelbl from Legacy Retoration llc knocked on my door and hung up a sorry I missed you tag and his business card 18 inches away from a very clear "No Soliciting" sign and an additional sign that explicitly states not to affix any advertisements to my property or I will leave a negative review. So here we are. Do you want someone that ignorant/rushed working on your property?

The communication at all levels was exceptional. The office and job supervisor kept me informed every step of the way. The work crew did an awesome job. Not only was the workmanship superb, but they stayed well past dark and cleaned up every piece of material using flashlights. I highly recommend Legacy Restoration!
