Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We’re thrilled to hear that Rasheed and Jeff provided you with such a great experience, it is of no surprise! We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to them—they’ll really appreciate it. Thank you for choosing us for your move!
Do not hire!!
I had several conversations with this company about what should and should not be moved. I also furnished a list with photos.
They failed to move all of what was on the list and then added extra items that blew my budget completely out.
My pots, pans, and dishes are all broken.

Thank you for your feedback. We take every concern seriously and want to clarify what happened on this job.
After receiving what equated to a 38-page word document of instructions and stock photos, much of which included broad, open‑ended direction such as “not everything with a picture is a must‑pack item, and not every must‑pack item has a picture to go with it” our estimator discussed a revised quote based on the additional details. The final invoice landed within $100 of the higher end of the revised estimate the estimator communicated.
This move involved several complicating factors: the sensitivity of the situation, owner not present, disorganized mix of items, and no authorized representative on site for the entire process. Given those constraints, and because the extensive list relied largely on generic stock photos instead of actual images of the items and the home’s condition, we did our best to be transparent about how the final invoice would likely be affected.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please call us so we can review the details together.

Funny how this company responded 2 months after my review. I didn't have multiple requests like they suggested. Their response here was comical saying I requested multiple times. Just pass on these guys. They are the ones who sent multiple responses and I told them via text (multiple times) I didn't need their expensive help. They need to get their shop in order

This review misrepresents what actually happened.
The Yelp inquiry requested two small chairs and an ottoman to be loaded into a pickup truck and covered with a tarp or plastic wrap. As with all Yelp leads, our standard pricing template was sent automatically to establish our baseline minimums. We then sent two direct replies: one asking for the pickup and delivery addresses and one offering a flat rate based on the limited information provided.
The customer, however, replied seven times in the same thread. Because Yelp distributes inquiries to multiple companies when a customer doesn’t contact a business directly, it appears he was receiving and responding to several companies at once, which likely created confusion about who he was speaking to.
Our flat rate was based solely on the details provided through Yelp and reflects our two‑hour minimum, truck and fuel fee, licensed and insured crew, equipment, drive time, and operational overhead. Extremely small jobs that can be loaded into a personal vehicle and covered with a tarp are typically below the scope of what customers hire professional movers for.
We stand by our pricing, our process, and our communication. We’re always willing to discuss options below our standard minimums on a case‑by‑case basis, but in this instance we were never given the opportunity to do so before the conversation ended.
For accurate quotes and clear communication, we always recommend contacting us directly.

I had a serious issue with Legacy Moving after one of their trucks damaged my car.
Instead of providing insurance information which I requested multiple times, I was sent to an individual for repairs who did not operate under a verifiable business name. I was told repairs would take one day, but my car was kept for a week and no repairs were made.
Legacy Moving ignored my concerns about the repair man and refused to offer a legitimate body shop. They said they would pay me $500 or I could go back to the repairman. I acquired written estimates from multiple body shops for between $1,600–$2,700, so $500 would not cover the cost of the damages. They also would not provide insurance information after I asked multiple times and attempted to close the matter unless I accepted their offer.
I ultimately had to go through my own insurance. My insurance looked into the moving truck and confirmed the moving truck involved was not insured.
This was an extremely frustrating, time consuming, and stressful experience. Proceed with caution.

We appreciate feedback but must correct the record: 1. The initial repair provider we referred has over 20 years of verified operation, has completed thousands of repairs, and operates under documented, franchised business locations. 2. All of our trucks are properly insured at all times; choosing not to disclose policy details during an active dispute is not the same as being uninsured, and any opposing statements of these facts are misleading and untrue.
After reviewing the documentation and invoice for the twenty-seven-year-old Mustang, we had serious concerns that the repairs and charges were excessive and far exceeded the minor damage documented.
As the responsible party, Legacy Moving maintained the right under Colorado law, including Public Utilities Commission rules and general tort principles, to ongoing inspections of the claimed damage and evaluations of additional repair proposals prior to completion of the repairs. Proceeding with repairs limited our ability to dispute the scope or cost and constitutes a spoliation of evidence. The vehicle was repaired before our resolution period expired, eliminating our ability to resolve the matter fairly which is now being resolved with a third party claims adjuster who has access to our accurate and verifiable insurance records.

I had an outstanding experience with this moving team. Angel and Gabriel truly went above and beyond—arriving on time, handling my belongings with great care, and staying positive even when the job became longer and more challenging than expected. Their professionalism, efficiency, moving skills, trustworthiness and kindness made a very stressful day so much easier. As a single mother I was unsure about how to hire movers and nervous about the whole process. I did my research and found the best movers and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this incredibly kind and detailed review. We’re truly grateful you trusted our team during such an important and stressful moment. Angel and Gabriel take a lot of pride in their work, and it means a great deal to hear that their professionalism, care, and positivity made the day easier for you. As a local company, earning that level of trust—especially when the process feels overwhelming—is something we never take lightly. We sincerely appreciate your recommendation and wish you nothing but the best in your new home.
This company was hired by my roommate to assist with her move, and during the process one of their movers damaged my boyfriend’s car. While they initially acknowledged the incident and gave the impression they would address it, their handling of the situation quickly became frustrating and unprofessional.
What we later discovered was even more concerning: the moving truck involved was not insured. From that point on, the process dragged on for over three months with inconsistent communication and little accountability. We were forced to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates, and it became clear they were more focused on minimizing their own costs than making things right. Rather than taking responsibility and resolving the issue in a timely and fair manner, they delayed, avoided clear answers, and pushed for the cheapest possible solution.
Accidents can happen, but transparency, accountability, and customer service matter—especially when property is damaged. Unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of all three. I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution.
