Went to this car wash once in Sept. I used the cart wash which seemed good. I noticed when I stars my car after drying it they my check engine light was flashing. I had no idea what was hoping on. I hadn't never had this happen. Took my car to Lexus. They determined that my check engine light went on because the pressure was so extreme it caused a water leak in the seal around my windshield. The wiring got wet and cause a huge problem. Took my car to Lexus and they said NEVER GO Back. Also noticed that there was also a Crack in my windshield near the seal. So now my windshield has a huge Crack and I just had it replaced on May. I have called and tried to get hold of this company to cancel the membership. I have been billed for 3 months. There is no way to cancel online. They just keep charging me. Finally canceled my card, not entry free days they say your card was declined. You can renew by paying. So over this crap! Next filing a complaint with the BBB and reporting them. Contacting my attorney, see if he can send you a bill for the $900 I was charged to figure out the water damage and dry out my wiring and seal the leak and another $600 for my windshield reacement. So over this crap.

My kids love coming here for the sharks! They even have little shark toys for the kids. I can’t go a week without the kids asking if we can go get a car wash. Best car wash in Lewisville! No damage to my vehicle like the new duck one does to my husband’s car, knocking his license plates off. Customer service is great!

Very good service — probably the best car wash in Lewisville! The staff is friendly, the wash quality is excellent, and the prices with memberships are very reasonable. My car always comes out spotless and shining. Definitely worth it if you care about keeping your vehicle clean and looking great! 🚗✨

Sales rep never disclosed correct pricing. I cancelled my car wash membership before cycle end. Was billed $38.99 instead of $9.99/mo for membership, service was cancelled immediately instead of being able to use it to end of month also Did not receive a prorated refund. EVERYONE BEWARE!

Closed for a month of repairs And I went there 10 times to cancel my membership and reopened to say me we will not refund you your money ? Have no system to track our car entries. I have not used them for last two months and paid 30plus for it. And why? This subscription tracking and cancelling must be more transparent and easy which is a crap right now. I felt scammed, so cancelled it. Money wasted !

Thank you for your feedback.
We did issue all members a discount to off set the few weeks we were closed upgrading to brand new equipment. Our memberships are monthly recurring and include unlimited washes, whether you come everyday or just occasionally- the price remains the same.
Just as any other subscription plan.

Be wary of using a card for payment here! I canceled my car wash monthly subscription 3 months ago and they are still charging my debt card even after multiple attempts at contacting them about removing my card from their system. They also double charged me 2 different times in back to back months. Currently filing disputes, but it's frustrating that I even have to deal with this.

At Shark Bite, we take great pride in delivering the best results possible while protecting both your car and our equipment. Exsessive mud or debris can unfortunately lead to scratches on your paint and can also damage the tunnel brushes, which would result in scratching the vehicles that are in line behind you.

As we mentioned while you were here we would love a chance to make it right! We would love to offer you a complimentary wash after the heavy mud has been rinsed off. As you know we did issue you a refund.

This place is temporarily closed! Got my monthly membership about a month ago. I've been 3 times. Spoke to someone each time I went there. Not a single person mentioned they planned a month long renovation until mid July. Think they'll prorate my membership? Doubt it. Think they should've mentioned it to their customers? Yeah, me too. I feel like an email, call, or at least a sign a week before would've been helpful. This is shady and a sign of bad business. Will definitely be looking for a new car wash this weekend that cares a bit more.
