Very poor after sales service I am following up on a epoxy job I entrusted Le fong to do in Nov 2023. I was given a one year warranty by Justin . The epoxy flooring deteriorated throughout 2024 and I contracted Justin last year before the warranty expired. Justin did get back on arranging a patching job in Nov but subsequently disappeared after that despite repeated messages and calls which gone un answered. I think this is quite unprofessional for the firm to simply go " missing in action " . Even though the reviews preceding me praised Le Fong for jobs well done, supposedly for major jobs, I reserve my judgment on their ability to handle smaller projects and I urge those who have read this to think carefully before engaging them.

We used Le Fong Builders to give our roof a new lease of life after 36 years and their team rose to the occasion. I would like to thank their foreman, Sarveswaran, who I found to be very professional and dedicated towards ensuring the job was done right and to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Le Fong Builders to any folks looking to fix their roofs or build new awnings etc. These guys are very good.

Manager We engaged Le Fong to perform road work and building wall repairs at our factory. Overall, the quality of their work has been commendable. Occasionally, we experienced communication challenges with their foreign workers, but these were quickly resolved with a call to their supervisor. The job quality has been very good; however, it would be beneficial to place more emphasis on housekeeping. Beyond that, we are confident in allowing them to carry out their work with minimal supervision. We would rate their performance at 95%.

I engaged the company to do the waterproofing for my terrace house. Not only they did a thorough inspection and fixed every area of the house, the team assigned to the job were vey professional and did an extremely good job. I am very impressed by their performance and really appreciated the hard work the team put in to get the job done in time.

Le Fong is a hopeless company that we engaged who refuse to honour their warranty when we agree to release remaining 50% payment for them to honour their warranty. After paying, they simply refused to answer our phone calls for good. Use them at your own peril!!!!

Engaged Le Fong for repair of spalling concrete. Workers did the job fast in one day. Areas which were patched up were very smooth, smoother than the areas which were not patched. Thank you for the very good job.

Really disappointed. Expected more from them. First impression over call and text was knowledgeable and sincere. They requested to visit the site but did not turn up. MIA after that. Don’t answer calls or reply to text. Really irresponsible. I do not recommend them.

Justin was the main coordinator for our roofing works and he was fantastic. Prompt, thorough and very willing to get down to solving the actual problems. Justin would look for several solutions, give the various pros and cons whilst being realistic of issues that he would need to escalate. What I appreciate was how Justin would go the extra mile in settling all the leaking issues for my place. The workmanship was of a very high standard and I will recommend for others to use Le Fong.
