Ms Lee always takes good care of me ! The service for me is top tier . Today is a great example of first class service, broke a nail today and she got me in right away . 100% satisfactory every time.

The technicians are very friendly and they do a beautiful job whoever I get I'm pleased.Only thing I have a problem with is regardless what service I requested should be honor.e.g.gel polish or regular. It's should be left at what I want I'm the paying customer. But otherwise I'm pleased.also, Ms Lee is so hosptialable . Maye

Nail technicians are polite. And do excellent work. Manager makes sure everyone gets waited on promptly and everyone is welcoming. They work extremely well with people with disabilities!

Ms.Lee got me stuck! I been coming to her for years and she directed me to someone else and she normally do my nails.... It's only been 2 weeks and I got 5 nails missing!

The nail tech that did my nails got an attitude after I told her several times that I didnât want gel polish. She was almost demanding I get it and when I continued to say no she started rushing through my services. She said if I didnât get gel my polish would come off as soon as I got home. I said well then yâall have poor quality materials. My services were done on 3/4/22 and the picture was taken the morning of 3/5/22. The fact that my polish is already chipping is beyond amazing to me, especially because when I polish my nails at home using regular polish and regular top coat they last for about two weeks.
