Bad Experience
I have ordered one big size LED Mirror. My order number is 46461. No one is picking call on the provided number and I do not know the status of my order. It has been 4 days and no communication. I am not sure if i lost my 15000 or they will send the mirror by when.

Horrible quality of mirror frames delivered in Dec. When complained, they agreed to send someone to check, which never happened. And now they don’t respond to messages sent to them at all or don’t even provide a refund for the low quality product that they have provided at such a high cost. Fraud company, don’t buy from them.

The quality of the LED mirror is pathetic. The clock resets after power off, the buttons on the glass don’t work properly. I also see marks appearing along the side of the mirror. Very poor customer support, please don’t buy such poor quality product and waste your money. Order ID 18607 dated Aug 12,2021

Best led mirror manufacturer, unlike others they have a hudge factory and front office you can directly visit the factory and check the working atmosphere. I guess noone else have a factory space like this . And nice customer support.
