I discovered this establishment on Google Maps. It is conveniently located on a bustling street surrounded by numerous spa and cosmetic shops. The staff members are exceptionally courteous. However, to my disappointment, I could only rate it 3 stars due to the following reasons: 1. Throughout half of the session, one particular staff member kept talking incessantly. It was quite bothersome considering the high price of the 80-minute session. 2. On several occasions, my therapist had to pause to attend to other matters. It was unsettling not knowing what was happening. 3. When I entered the treatment room, I noticed another client receiving treatment, yet I was asked to remove my shirt. This lack of professionalism was off-putting. 4. Despite the availability of English reviews, the staff members were unable to explain the menu in English. Customers receive a discount if they leave a Google review, which may explain the abundance of positive reviews. It seems that posting reviews on the site is a requirement.

Outstanding. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My skin was examined carefully and I was explained what was wrong with it; and offered different treatment options. The facial I had was faultless, my therapist made sure to make me feel at ease throughout and used different techniques in order to clean and relax my skin. This is the best facial in the world! Come to LEDA clinic! Yen was amazing!!!!!

I had a hydra facial done last week.. and I’ll admit I didn’t have high expectations going into it. But afterwards I can say that was the best facial I’ve ever received. I’ll be back in Hanoi in June and without a doubt will be going back in for another one :)

Husband and I were visiting from Colorado and found this place. This was hands down the best facial I have had in my life. I loved the initial skin consultation and recommendation for our skin. It was so relaxing and enjoyed the massage as well, skin is glowing and like glass and everything we were looking for ! Thank you!
