I can’t speak for the rest of the attorneys but I can honestly say Neil Weinreb is a the worst Family law attorney I’ve ever dealt with. He took my case and we headed to my court date with out any prep. He didn’t know the details of my case and when the judge asked him questions the only thing he said was “I will defer the question to my client.” He will spend most of his time telling you about a 10 year old child support case he won against the state of Florida .whatever you do Don’t let it fool you.
If I could rate it no stars I would. Gibson never did what he said he would do for his client. Didn't even appear at the first court date after hire. Just took our money and didn't even try, NO EFFORT! Won't answer phone calls, txts, nothing! Careful hiring this law firm.

I would highly recommend McGrath Gibson to anyone. The attorney who worked with me and my family was amazing. His team was also professional, supported, and provided superior customer service. Fraudulently Minions of the devil
These people are scammers, please find better representation before it's too late. Michael mcgrath law firm just want your retainer fee, and they will never fight your case. Neil Weinberg withdrew himself from my case. The day before court after taking $5000. Never fighting my case. But their lies on their website says that they don't get paid until we do. The biggest scam of all time, and I fell for it. All this man does is talk about himself. Talks about his ex-wife by the way, i'm glad she got away from that he also won't let you get a word? And because he is so obsessed with talking about his past life of all these minute changes He's 🙄 allegedly made in history ..Don't get me wrong i fell for it i will admit i believed every word he said .. Honestly at the time I believed he was a good-hearted guy and I gave him $5000.. And now I feel foolish because it was Just for him to lie and wait to get the bank to clear the funds so he could withdraw himself, off my case the day before my hearing with no reasonable explanation. Except for the fact that he would not return my emails or phone calls and he had a problem with me. Letting him know that I didn't appreciate not receiving communication from my paid attorney especially when I have questions that I need to answer before my hearing . But me stating those simple requests for communication left me with no representation .And his paralegal Ashley was always very rude and making up lies on me the clients when she failed to do her job.. Should have been the first red flag, but then they claimed that I signed some agreement that allows them to keep $5000, even though they didn't draw up Not one single bit of paperwork on my behalf. Not 1 single court appearance on my behalf not even one time, but yet they feel entitled to keep five thousand dollars of my money when mr weinberg new, very well that I was going through a divorce .And I was a single mom of five children and had to scrape up that money just to retain him for my defense. I just wanna say I pray that the most high jesus.Christ has mercy on these people's souls because they are definitely minions of the antichrist.

I wouldn't recommend Mr. Roberts the defense attorney for this law firm. Mr. Roberts's seem to have a very non-chulant attitude at times acted as if I were worrying or bothering him even though I paid him. His communication was very poor I wouldn't often know what was going on with the case would have to run him down to find out things. His response to emails took forever. He was late one morning to court. At times it seems as if he was working with the prosecution and for the defense this is the perception that I got from his mannerisms he displayed towards me. I would recommend a bulldog of a attorney if you are in trouble and one who has your best interest at heart not someone who barely communicates with you and act like you are aggravating them.
I had excellent service. My lawyer, Neil Weinreb, was very helpful, professional and has a solution for everything. Para-Legal, Ashley Dilda, is a great person, good listener, responsive and a great professional. They make a team that makes you feel protected and you know they have your back. Recommend 100%

I had a very disappointing experience with Neil Weinreb at McGrath Gibson Law Firm. From the start, communication was a major issue—he rarely responded to my calls or emails unless I repeatedly followed up through his paralegal. It felt like I had to chase him down just to get basic updates on my case.
Throughout our interactions, Mr. Weinreb spent more time talking about his past successes than actually working on my child support case. Despite all the talk, he made little to no progress and provided minimal support or advocacy on my behalf.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mr. Weinreb to anyone looking for a reliable or professional attorney. He talks a big game but ultimately did not deliver the representation I needed or expected.
McGrath Gibson are the BEST! Neil Weinreb, family law attorney, handling my legal needs comes highly recommended.
