Really bad experience trying to get a quote from this company. Sent in details on a Friday then have to chase the following week. Tried calling Tues/Wed/Thurs only get through to the third party they use to handle all calls and they pass message on and no-one responds. Finally got an e-mail saying cant help due to access with no explanations. Avoid - waste of time

Recently had azz and his team do work on my property, from start to finish I cannot tell you how polite and professional they was, I'm so happy with how clean my driveway, patio, facias, soffits and my roof is. I've never written a one-star review before, but LBC has left me no choice. After a successful full exterior redecoration with another contractor, they failed us in every conceivable way on what should have been a straightforward anti-graffiti job. Photos show the so-called ‘invisible’ application, its poor adhesion, and the damage caused when they removed it. They used inappropriate products and methods that damaged our property, then gaslit us about the results. Their attempt to fix the issue only made things worse, and after breaking multiple promises, they ultimately walked away rather than taking responsibility. We even reduced their financial and logistical burden for the repair—handling access, sourcing quotations, and fairly offsetting the cost of the work they had completed—but they still refused to do right by us. Judging by other reviews, LBC may be fine when things go smoothly. But when things go wrong, they don’t just mishandle the situation—they abandon it.

Fantastic job done by Natty and Nathan! The roof looks transformed and good as new. The guys cleaned up everything after the job was done and were always helpful and friendly throughout. Also, many thanks to Frankie who booked the job for me at short notice having been badly let down by another local company - she was also helpful and friendly and provided excellent customer service. LBC are highly recommended!
