By far the best customer service I have received in the last few years. Firstly the young gentleman Barbaros was very professional, well articulated, well presented and punctual. I am not easily pleased and like a job done to the best possible standard. He made sure to take notes of the areas I was most concerned about and asked dme to check I was 100%happy before they packed away for the day. Nothing I asked was too much bother and not once did he seemed annoyed or frustrated at my requests. I will definetly be using LBC cleaning again in the future and recommending to friends and colleagues
