This place is insanely expensive!! I’m a truck trucker, and I’ve been to places. This city is the most expensive for laundry!! Almost $8 for a small load, + you have to pay $1 for the card + they surcharge you for using a debit/credit card. They put their hands really deep inside your pocket with that scam card deposit system and of course they don’t refund the unused balance. The interior is not bad but the prices are. Even truck stops charge 30% less and normally washers cost about 50% cheaper than this place in any other city/state. No restrooms. Not recommend coming here.
PS I’ve read lots of reviews and they’re just making bunch of exudes for their “unique” machines and services lol, they are all the same.

Sorry you feel that we're so expensive. First, you should know, our small loads are $5.75, not $8, We're still the least expensive laundromat in Lawrence.
Lawrence has extremely expensive water rates, top 10 in the country.
We have the best Laundromat in the area. Our prices are fair, we have nice machines, a nice facility, and we're partially attended.
We do have restrooms that are available when we're attended.
We leave them locked when unattended for a reason, hopefully you can respect that.
Lastly, our laundry cards are a huge benefit to our regular customers and occasional customers alike.
We understand that you might not appreciate the ease to starting machines without quarters, or fact that we offer a 10% bonus when using cash, or our happy hour
$1 OFF specials.
However, the vast majority of our customers love our laundry cards and our Laundromat!!

It has been years since I have used a laundromat so I was unfamiliar with the current setup. I was so thankful that there was an attendant(Penny) who could answer my questions. Penny helped me pick the correct size of washer and clued me into which dryer would be best for my blankets. I was surprised at the cost but I would definitely go back.

Because we’re open to the public, we can’t control what every customer puts in a machine before you, but if something still smells off, please tell an attendant so we can check that washer right away.

Nice facilities, clean and you can schedule to drop your stuff off and have it taken care of for you. The biggest issue is it is expensive. Ridiculously expensive. You have to buy theor prepaid cards for the machines and a washer can cost up around $11-$12 per load!!! The have some high tech stuff and offer services but at the end of the day the washers are just like any other. Not worth the money.

They have great equipment at a price that is compatible to other laundry facilities. What is different from other places we have been is you have to use a card system that is unique to them.
The staff there was very helpful setting up the card so that I was not putting too much on it but it is still a card I will probably never use again.

I’ve come to wash my comforters periodically and this is the only laundromat I’ll go to! It is clean and nice inside. Not only that but the workers are so kind and very helpful. I had some questions that they were eager to answer and help me with. Wonderful experience!!

They have installed new machines and take care of their customers. I droped my laundry bag and the employees got it for me. Also the new card system is easy to use and takes some getting use to. Down side carring a nother card is not convent. Last thing is dryer always have heat unlike others in town that you pay a lot to get your clothes dry. Come down try it out you will see the difference one you visit the other laundrymats in town

I use this service regularly, but lately I’ve noticed that the staff are so busy with the extra work they take on that they fail to ensure everything remains tidy. Often, dryers have finished their cycles yet still have clothes sitting inside them. The worst thing I saw today was a washing machine full of pet hair—and no one cleaned it during the entire time I was there. Meanwhile, people kept arriving in need of available large-capacity washers

We try and give customers ample time to pull their laundry from the machines. Unfortunately, it's difficult to police what customers are putting in the machines and/or notice if they're dirty afterwards.

Terrible change to the system. You can no longer use your own card. You have to get a card from the store and add money to it. 1 dollar just to get the card. 80 cents convenience fee for adding money to it everytime 😒🙄 Already the poorest people needing to use a laundrymat like bruh

I use this place when I have big blankets, or my washer breaks. It was always decent, NOT a fan of the new "laundry card" thing. Very incontinent.
