Called back and told us they "select their cases", meaning they aren't real lawyers. Thank you for your response in further expressing it won't merit enough reward for you and being unwilling to even know we were more than willing to pay for service, not take it for free. We won't waste our time with businesses that won't hear out cases or see potential on their own, it just reflects the extent of your practice.

What's an attorney for? Take money or help people? Not interested in my case? Medical malpractice, cps involvement, wrong psychiatric evaluation and list goes on, yet, All I needed was a representation, I did their research for them. Yet not interested. Find good lawyers that will listen.

Bill Lane did a great job on our malpractice suit regarding my father’s death which traced back to mistakes in a surgery 30 years ago as a major contributing factor! Due to the length of time passed, unavailability of complete records, inability to depose all who participated in the surgery we were capped by NJ state law - but - Bill was able to negotiate a settlement within $12k of the cap! Bill was very up front with the reality of our case and set our expectations well from our first meeting and agreeing to take the case. It took almost two years, but we got the result we wanted and feel we were able to get some justice for our father in holding the hospital and surgeon accountable. This one wasn’t about the money for us. Many thanks to Bill and his team, I certainly recommend!

Finding an attorney is one of the hardest things I had to do. We live in PA and needed a NJ attorney. I was truely blessed to find this world class firm. They were not like the 3 other firms referred to us. They physically came to our house and interviewed me. They took my case. We had many hurdles due to Covid and courts being closed then. Our court date was constantly being changed due to the back up of cases. I could ask them any questions and always got an answer. Because we live in PA and they were located in NJ they used technology and Zoom meetings to communicate. They had a camera man come out to our house and film how I was compromised from a hard working, very athletic mom to a practically paralyzed woman in a wheelchair, great difficulty speaking in chronic suffering and pain. They always made me feel they had our best interest in mind, When my best friend, my dog had a seizure and died, they sent me a sympathy card which meant so much to me. When we had to travel to NY or NJ to meet doctors for evaluation, they always made sure hotels were handicap accessible. They were honest, trustworthy, caring, and not only knew the rules of law but also practiced the “art of law”. When my attorney questioned the defendant, everyone was spellbound. He really, really knew’ the complete medical procedure and hospital requirements for my surgical procedure. He “left no stone unturned “. A dear firm associate would always end her message with “hang in there Vicky”. It took over six years to be heard in court. We won our case! My condition is still Painful suffering in a wheelchair with tremors, poor speech.can not walk or drive. My neurologist said I am a miracle. After what happened to me most people he sees are bedridden. I have lots of therapy and my husband takes me to the indoor pool every day to do exercises. It did not have to be this way, there is no cure, but I did get some justice. I could write much more on this world class firm because in my former job I worked with many attorneys and found this firm to be the best, No kidding! Sincerely, Victoria Ross

I called this law firm and spoke to the customer service representative(female to be precise), she’s very rude and unprofessional, she puts you on unending hold. she will come back and ask the same question she asked before she put you on a hold, she won’t listen to whatever you have to say and she keeps saying she can’t hear me while I was on the top of my voice, she didn’t give an audience to express myself. To my biggest surprise, she called me the next day and said “Hey the Attorney is not interested in your case” and then hung up!
