Sir, thanks for review, sir legally it is not possible to get marriage certificate under special Marriage Act in one day, however notice is a mandatory provision under section 8 of special Marriage Act though Hon'ble Allahabad high court considered it's a breach of human privacy and directed to the marriage officer to make privacy maintain...
Therefore at some places notice may be served and at some places it may be ignored.
