Excellent stay for our group reunion! I highly recommend this property! It was conveniently located for our group's mini-reunion, situated just an 8-minute drive from where our gathering was held. The staff went out of their way to be extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent experience at Latitude Suites Tinton Falls, part of Unscripted by Hyatt, and I especially want to recognize the General Manager, Ayaz Khan, for the outstanding hospitality and customer service. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property has a fresh and modern feel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything was organized in a way that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What really stood out, however, was the level of personal attention from Ayaz Khan. It is not very often that you see a General Manager who is so involved and genuinely concerned about the experience of his guests. Ayaz was extremely professional, polite, approachable, and accommodating. He took the time to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable with our stay. You can tell that he takes pride in the hotel and truly cares about guest satisfaction. Good management makes a tremendous difference in a hotel, and Ayaz is a perfect example of that. His attitude and professionalism are reflected in the overall atmosphere of the property and the way guests are treated. He made us feel valued rather than simply being another reservation or room number. The location is also very convenient for the Tinton Falls and Jersey Shore area, and the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend Latitude Suites Tinton Falls to families, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area. A special thank you again to General Manager Ayaz Khan for going above and beyond and making our experience such a positive one. Five stars and highly recommended. We would gladly stay here again.

Worst staff EVER! Worst experience ever They threatened to call the police twice because we were in the lounge past 10 pm even thought there was no mention of having to stay in our rooms past that time. The staff were extremely rude to us and weren’t flexible at all. It was very disappointing, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely not be coming back

Terrible service. Agressive staff. Our kids which are practically adults, got threatened on two separate occasions by two separate staff members on two separate evenings that they will call the police and have them escorted out of the building for trespassing simply because they were hanging out in the lounge area after 10:00 p.m. We are a group of 9 families who travel to this area every summer, we all agree that we will definitely not be back there.

Worst hotel This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the staff were so rude and disrespectful. The key cards never work. Staff was threatening to call the police because we were sitting in the lounge past 10pm. How ridiculous can that be that couches are off limits at 10pm. I will never come back here and I definitely do not recommend staying here. I came to have a vacation and it was nothing but a nightmare.

Rude staff and poor service The experience was terrible from start to finish. The staff were incredibly rude, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The key cards kept malfunctioning, leading to repeated annoyance. On top of that, one staff member even threatened to call the police when I was calmly sitting in the lounge at night—despite having prior approval from the manager. The overall lack of professionalism ruined the stay entirely.

I found this amazing hotel in a “search”. It was the best find ever! The rooms are immaculate with very comfortable beds, cozy pillows, spacious arrangements, huge wall mounted TVs, large bathrooms with a wonderful shower plus a kitchenette that features an apartment sized refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave/ oven and best yet a keurig! The towels are soft and plentiful plus an after shower robe!! You decide if you want housekeeping services or not by a light near the door. The housekeeping staff will, if requested remove the trash, make the bed and refresh the towels. It allows you undisturbed privacy to rest. The staff and management is not only friendly but also helpful and always have a smile to greet your arrival. I can say with certainty that this is the norm as ive been a guest there many times during peak and off peak season. The rates for its proximity to the beaches are very fair. There is a bar and you can order foods as well. There is also ample parking and an area you can purchase snacks etc. iIn addition there are several washers and dryers for your convenience and the front desk is happy to provide you with quarters. The location is perfect and provides easy access to the Parkway and Highway 18. Overall, this is a well designed and wonderful place to call “home” when travelling.
