Although we had very little time at Flint Cottage (it was our base for a motorcycle tour), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Check-in/out was made really easy, and Karen was very responsive to messages. Highly recommend this cottage!

☺ The cottage was very well equipped.
Very comfortable beds with a blanket.
Patio furniture in the shed.
Furnishings lovely and lots of attention to detail.
☹ Not sure how to use the coffee machine but we were the there to attend a wedding and didn't have much time to look for instruction booklets.
No cutlery basket in the dishwasher,!?

We had a great stay. Karen’s communication was great, clear instructions on how to find/enter the property. The cottage was clean and well furnished, with a very informative and helpful welcome pack. The only negative about the property was, whilst it had off road parking, the neighbours opposite and to the right of the property parked on the road in a way that made it difficult to access the drive, particularly as we drive a pick up truck which is very long. This is in no way Karen’s fault and could perhaps have been resolved if we spoke to the neighbours but we didn’t want to bother them late in the evening/early morning which is typically when we needed the access.

We had a very comfortable 1 night stay. Bed was a dream and the cottage is very cosy. Fish and chips from local fish bar. Pub a bit too far to walk back in dark….must be great on light evenings.

Perfect stay in Norfolk
☺ The location of this property is perfect for exploring North Norfolk. The property itself is wonderful. The second you walk in, you feel right at home. Lovely little touches everywhere. The welcome basket was a great surprise! The biscuits went down really well with my Dad, and my Mom and I enjoyed the wine! We are already looking at coming back.
