We had problems trying to disconnect old laptops from our iTunes account. Stephen checked them all for us and gave us advice on how to disconnect devices via our iTunes account. As the laptops were now redundant, he offered to dispose of them in a safe and secure manner via a professional service which “granulates” them! He was very patient and helpful. I would definitely go back with any IT hardware problems and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

For what it's worth to you, a former project manager and systems analyst, I worked in and around the IT Industry for my entire career, from ISPs to games companies London to LA: now in early retirement and a private citizen (lol) I honestly wouldn't take my precious tech anywhere else. Stephen is the business, a proper computer engineer, and a real hidden gem in the town of Bolton. And very well priced for the superb quality of his work.

Simply outstanding service. My SSD hard drive packed in on my Lenovo laptop and a USB port was broken. Delivered the laptop to the shop on Monday and got it back all fixed…data all retrieved and reinstalled, with a new USB port and SSD the very next day. This is like good old-fashioned proper service. When my 10 year old Samsung Laptop started slowing down and eventually crashed I thought it had done its job and it was ready for recycling but after a recommendation from a friend I took it to Laptop Repair Hut and Stephen had it back good as new within 24 hours. I would 100% recommend Laptop Repair Hut. I had a problem with my Dell Laptop. I took it to Laptop Repair Hut and was greeted by Stephen, who is a warm welcoming guy, who inspires confidence. He talks to you in layman's terms and explains everything, what he suspects, what the likely cause is and what it will take to repair it. Only for it being close to 5pm he would have done the repair there and then. True to his word he contacted me the following lunchtime to say it was repaired and ready for collection. Besides that he has a brilliant repair tracking system that informs you at what stage your repair is at. When he presented his invoice I was very surprised at the very reasonable total, infact it was less that Curry's had quoted just to look at it, without any repair.
