Very good response time, delivery and customer service. I bought battery for my HP Envy 15 laptop 3 days ago, installed it and is working fine so far. My last battery bought from HP World lasted for about 7-8 months, will have to see how long this battery works.

The service has become absolutely terrible, I had ordered from them twice before and it had worked out fine. But this time it has been 4days and my order for a macbook battery hasn't even been picked up yet. They are unreachable through call and whatsapp, and there is no update on my order. Extremely thankful that i chose cod and didn't pay in advance.
