Siempre había sido muy bueno. Ayer fui y la verdad no solo no estaba el personal de siempre sino que aparte al pedir algo que siempre llevaba la atención dejó mucho que desear y poco profesional. Sin explicaciones coherentes solo se me decía que no se hacían y era cortante. Al representar la respuesta era la misma. Lamento que pongan gente inexperta en atención al público.

Very poor support! I got Totally ignored Baka promised to get an email & contact sync issues we had resolved, 3 days later I didn’t hear from him. Wrote him again a day ago and he totally ignored my message yet clearly he was active 9 hours ago. This has to be the worst support I have ever encountered in my life! Omnisend support is the worst especially if you are on the free plan and encounter issues. They will totally disregard you. We will uninstall Omnisend as it doesn’t work as described.

Las empanadas que tienen queso se les pinchan y te vienen vacías. Pedí una tarta de pollo y me dieron de jamón y queso, y el queso es bastante insulso. Piden mínimo de $25.000 para crédito. Por lo demás, es una buena opción Edit: la última vez la tarta de pollo vino con la masa MUY cruda de abajo, incluso algo cruda de arriba, y algún huesito. Necesitan prestar más atención a la calidad.
