They did an Amazing job and they were patience getting my insurance check back from my mortgage company. The supplies were dropped off. There work was fast. Roof looks great. They cleaned all the stuff around the house and rolled the yard several time with magnet to get all nails up. Couldn't ask for better. Shannon keep me calm and updated me on everything and answered all my questions.

They replaced all my windows and siding in just 2 days, they were fast and did an excellent job. I already got them biding on other projects around my home. I had them to look at my roof and unlike most guy in his business, he told me I should get another 20 years out of it.

I just recently had Lane's Contracting repaint my exterior of house , replace shingles shed roof , add shutters to exterior, paint patio , and replace gutters and redo crawl space door that was Old !! All work was done very well and didn't have to wait long for anything, I'm very pleased with them and would use again for future projects needed. Thanks guys !

What a wonderful experience! Ricky and Shannon have been so helpful meeting my limited timeline and never ending questions to get 4 projects done this summer. I have a new roof, replaced sky light, gutters and shutters. Everything looks great, and the crews that worked at my house were awesome. I couldn't have asked for this to go any better.

Lanes contracting sided our home and installed a new window in our kitchen. They did a fantastic job. After being disappointed by other contractors, Lanes was so refreshing to work with. The owner came out for a consultation— he was honest and helpful and quoted a fair price. The crew was professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They finished in 2 days and we’re still impressed. We will be calling Lanes for any future work we need.

Our home is only 8 years old, however the builder used sun-par roofing materials and we needed a new roof. I reached out to Lane’s and that same day they responded, gave a quote while onsite, informed us of other issues that they would resolve with the roof replacement. They had a folder full of literature, recommended what type of shingles are the best, explained warranty coverages and the scope of work & timeline. The work was so well performed that while they were onsite the second day we had them replace the roof on our shed to match the house, and the same level of workmanship was performed as if it was our home! We also needed some downspouts replaced due to damage along with some gutter additions on the shed and a small area on our home, it wasn’t a big job but they were happy to do it and they were able to match the existing gutter colors perfectly! If you are in need of roofing work we will only call on Lane’s! We even rode through our neighborhood and we definitely have the best looking roof out of everyone, hands down. The crew even did an amazing cleanup post job to ensure all debris, nails and used materials were picked up and hauled away. Pricing was very fair/favorable and it’s so nice knowing when a storm is coming I don’t have to worry about our roof anymore. Thank you so much Lane’s for providing excellent service and communication before, during and after the job. Do yourself a favor and stay away from FB Marketplace, Craigslist or wherever for what you think is a money saving solution and just go with the BEST….LANE’s. Thank you again for everything!

In my experience, there is nothing not to like about this company! Ricky Lane, the owner, came to our house in Durham to estimate the need and cost. He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of this contractor team. The Terry and his team’s communication was excellent. To top it off, the home office was on top of things as well, and called regularly to give updates. Lanes also helped us navigate the insurance process. I highly recommend them for your home repair needs.

I had many bids for gutters on my home. I had a specific budget. They were able to give me bigger gutters, higher quality metal, and a MUCH lower price to accommodate my budget. They were very quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Lanes Contracting is the best of the best after hiring them for a roof installation last year we called them back for window replacements siding and painting Ricky came out to do the estimate and he is very professional knowledgeable and honest he lets you know what needs to be done and cost upfront Shannon and Sarah are perfect they communicated with us every step of the way The crew came out on time they were very professional polite and hard working everything was complete in 3 days These guys can turn a old house into a gem and that is not something all contractors can do but Lanes knows exactly what to do I don't know how anyone could give them a negative review because this is not a company that you have to stand over their shoulder you can trust them to do it right the first time just hire them and let them do their job They will be doing our complete remodel because I can count on them to show up and do it Right Thank you to all at lanes Contracting we were truly blessed to find and hire you can't wait to start the next project To anyone who hires them you will not regret it
