Maksim made an amazing job because he helped me to find a studio few weeks before my current lease ends. That is why, I highly recommend him . He has a great work-ethic and has emphaty . Our relationship started off with his rental property which and I thought wow maybe I should consider buying my own property. Kristian was very gracious to me and offered his Real estate service to me. He guided every step of the way but most important he listened to what I was specifically looking for, answered every question I had and took the time to get to know me in order to understand what my needs were regarding my new home. I felt like I was talking to a wall through how he was responding to me with such bizarre questions and replies. Was not clear and felt like an interrogation on why we needed a co-signer and made it seem like he wasn’t sure of what a co-signer even really was? he was truly baffled by the idea of one. Maybe discriminative? Not really sure but I ended contact quickly because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. Overall weird experience and alarming. We’ve interacted with many semi-unprofessional realtors but none this bad.

George is absolutely amazing. He is such a responsive communicator and is truly dedicated to helping you find the apartment that is the right fit for you. As someone who was moving to Chicago from out of state, I was nervous about how I was going to be able to find an apartment without having to travel back and forth touring apartments. When I was connected with George through Zillow, he immediately went to work pulling together a portfolio of apartments that met everything that I was looking for. After narrowing down the options that were a great fit, my husband and I traveled to Chicago to see them. Honestly , some of the people that work here is so unprofessional. Maksym is working with my current management company to show my place to other renters. He has no people manners, just doesn't ask what time of the day someone is available , have us waiting the day of the showing without saying the showing is cancelled. I left appointment early to do the showing . This is the only person from this realty group who is like this. The others are very nice and professional . Please retrain.
