Valley Gutter Replacement Between Two Garage Roofs (SS2) Very nice person with the best communication and availability of anyone I contacted to quote, which is why we moved forward with them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of work left. In the recently completed gutter valley a few of the issues were... pooling, where joints have been designed/laid incorrectly, including seams not overlapped with the fall. Also, steel corrugated roofing sheets with sharp edges were left resting on the soft rubber, within no time this would have cut through the gutter. Also, the material was not laid sufficiently high on the side of the valley.

Loose tile from roof. Had a tile come loose from roof and called five other roofers, who over priced or never turned up. Tyler came out the same day for a honest quote, arranged a date a turned up on time. Repaired the tile. Also gave us a quote for some other work. Friendly and very polite. Definitely going to call him back. So pleased with his honesty and workmanship.

3 Pitched new roofs and a new flat roof (CM2) L&J very kindly stepped in to help me when the roofer I was using let me down early on in the job causing no end of stress. They not only fixed the issues from the previous roofer but completed the job in a timely manor (at a competitive price) to an excellent standard keeping us on track to finish on schedule. Highly recommended.

Very attentive, extremely good communication throughout and were always early to arrive each day ready to start when they had said they would. Shed roof and porch pointing (SS6) After the recent storms our shed roof was ripped up By the high winds. Tyler and his team came to give me a quote at the time agreed and once we decided to go ahead they completed the works within a few days (at the agreed time) He kept us up to date on options and what was being completed and provided a guarantee for the work done. We are very happy with the work done.

New Roof (SS16) Following the storm in November, noticed I had water coming in from my loft. Obviously not knowing who to contact, found this company via checkatrade and read the reviews others have left. I was fortunate Tyler was available to come over the same day to get a quote, and within 2 weeks was able to get new roof, felt and batten and lead replaced around chimney and boiler flue. Progress photos also given so I could see what was being carried out. Tyler and his team were very polite and would recommend to give Tyler a call for your roofing needs.

EPDM roof on a small outbuilding. (CM12) The lads came down, did a quick measure up and checked the surface etc. Next day, there were in, defrosted the roof and were set ready and done after a few hours. What more could you ask. Quick. Tidy and polite. Paid immediately as tradesmen should be, and we’re all happy.

Replacing Garage roof (SS6) From my initial phone call until the end of the job Tyler and his team have been excellent. Turned up when they said for the initial quote , gave an honest opinion of the job and the options , came back quickly with the quote at a reasonable price and then turned up nice and early on the day they said they would start . The work was completed to an excellent standard with all rubbish cleared and throughout the process we found Tyler and the team to be honest , polite and very professional, we would recommend them highly.

Replace small soffit and wood behind it (SS6) New soffit was fixed on part of roof. Timber needed replacing behind it. Punctual and friendly, messaged to apologise when couldn’t make the original date rather than just not turn up!
