I went a few years ago and had teeth pulled dr Tariq was amazing but who ever these people are running it now are Terrible!!!! I had such a bad experience not only did they take 4 days to call me back after my exam they gave me 2 options pull the tooth or do a root canal I chose to pull it then changed my mind and canceled my appointment I wanted to pay out of pocket for the root canal and was trying to get a price on the root canal they took 4 days to call back even though I was in a lot of pain only be told to go somewhere else so I did I went to another dentist not far and got seen and root canal same day with no pre authorization through Medicaid why would you even offer me a root canal to basically tell me to get lost….kinda seemed like they were so over booked and couldn’t give the patient their full attention and that’s a issue the front desk ladies were very nice but other than that i wouldn’t recommend this place

To many games played at this dental office and the Arvada office. The office is a zoo no one calls you back. They cancel at the last minute, but they are quick to take your money. RUN far from this place. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy if I could give no stars I would give negative.

Very disappointed about the service I received during the beginning of this year. I went in with a terrible tooth ache, and was seen by one of the new dentists. He gave me two options to take care of the tooth ache. One to extract the tooth, or do a root canal, he gave me a few moments to make a decision. I chose to try and do the root canal, he then said well I refuse to do treatment on you I’ll send it out to a specialist. They handed me a list of schools where students perform treatment on you!. I called every school they all denied me service. I then requested that the tooth just be extracted because I was in so much pain. The dentist then denied me treatment again. After the fact that he first offered me service and when we agreed then denied actually doing them is so bizarre to me!. He then tells me if in5,000 dollars and he can do an implant then he can do that for me. He also said he would call me in pain medicine and did not do that. I had to go to the emergency room twice just to try and ease the pain all because the dentist refused to help. This place was a great dentist befor the main Dentist lest to the new office to only do implants. Now the only way they’ll perform service on you is if you getting implants from them!.

I had not been to a dentist since I got my impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed, a week after I gave birth. Being a new mom, motherhood consumed all of my time. I finally went in 5 years later.... Lakewood Dental was so friendly and welcoming when I walked in the door. Kristen was my DA, and she was so sweet and very informative. DR. Grenillo came in and examined my teeth... I was honestly embarrassed and a little scared of what he would say. He was very positive and knowledgeable. Then, the dental hygienist Jo came in and explained the state of my gums and her recommendations. She explained everything in great detail. Kristen even taught me how to floss the correct way... somehow, at age 34...I did not know I was flossing the wrong way, ha. I am so happy I found this place. They know what they are doing, friendly & even send you home with an aftercare kit. Thank you so so much! Greatly recommended!

All of the folks i interacted with at Lakewood Dental were incredibly nice. I was a difficult case, but they were patient and friendly and made sure I didn't experience any pain. Dr. Samir Hasso his assistant were both very professional and caring.
