We had a lovely weekend at Lake Oberon Estate in August. The cabins are finished to a high standard and look new. The wood burning stove was wonderful during the cool evenings. The Estate has access to a very nice private finishing spot where my kids had great fun catching Rainbow Trout. The Estate is an awesome getaway for families.....especially if you enjoy fishing. If you are looking for a wedding venue the Estate would be a great addition to your short list. Thanks to Julie for being a lovely host.

My husband and I recently spent a very enjoyable few days at Lake Oberon Estate when visiting Oberon for a wedding. Our chalet was clean and comfortable, and quiet, and had everything we needed to accommodate 3 couples. The view over the lake from in front of the chalet was beautiful, especially in the early morning and as the sun was setting. Julie, our host, was welcoming and helpful. We would certainly return if visiting Oberon again.

Lake Oberon Estate proved the perfect retreat for our family some of whom where from overseas. From my initial contact with Julie to our departure I could not fault her in the way she communicated and allowed us changes to the accommodation arrangements as our numbers grew. The spacious chalets allow every the privacy they need and the Lounge/Dining rooms where very comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms in our particular chalet was brilliant and the laundry was perfect to get on top of an Easter weekends washing before heading home. We would certainly recommend Julie and her Lake Oberon Estate, the view is outstanding too. Oberon is only a 10 min drive up the road for grocery top ups. Thank you Julie

Lake Oberon Estate was simply stunning, beautiful property, beautiful views and such love and care in the detail of the accommodation. Grateful for Julie the host, meeting us very late when we arrived from Sydney with a smile on her face and so welcoming. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, just perfect so well equipped, clean and cosy! We will definitely be back for a longer stay - two nights was not enough.

We held our daughters wedding at LOE, Julie & Tony worked to almost exhaustion to my the whole weekend an awesome occasion, they were so welcoming and helpful, more than pleased with everything they did. The location blew all our guests away, over looking Lake Oberon just beautiful, the accommodation was wonderful, and it was great to have the ‘barn area’ to use all weekend whilst the function room was set up for the wedding day. Highly recommended a stay at LOE. Our family is talking about going back for another weekend in the near future. Many thanks to Julie & Tony💕

We got married at LOE! Julie and Tony (the owners) all weekend went above and beyond. They were always doing something behind the scenes to make sure the day was perfect for us. We stayed the whole weekend and all our friends and family had a spectacular weekend. I can’t recommend LOE enough!

Just like to express my gratitude to Lake Oberon estate I recently had a 2 night stay and was extremely happy with my time there from the moment I booked host Julie was so great with everything they provided and what I needed and nothing was a problem, on arrival was greeted and made very welcomed, the chalet was so big and spacious, clean and well presented also very well equipped with all facilities and the most amazing grazing box, beds were very comfortable and the gymnasium a great asset, the views were fantastic and I would highly recommend all groups or families to take advantage of this package ,very happy customer Noel

Super nice and highly recommended accommodation! We’ve spent 2 nights which was windy, cold and rainy. It would be à miserable holiday if we didn’t choose lake Oberon estate. The room is super clean that is even better than home.😄 The facilities are all new and modern. The TV has sound bar that gives great movie experience, especially for us stayed in room for the most of the time. Because of the great TV experience , my husband went back and brought a sound bar straight away. 😂 The view is also great but we only got a chance to see it on arrival when it was still sunny. The private entrance to the lake for fishing also make us feel very special. Also need to mention, the welcome wine is very nice. Thank you Julie and Tony for hosting . And Julie, hope you get well soon. We will go back for sure !

The Mothers Day High Tea was a really enjoyable afternoon in a picturesque setting. It was a friendly, family atmosphere. The venue had plenty of room to move and was very comfortable. The food was scrumptious and we were looked after by staff who were friendly and approachable. I hope for more of these events in the future and would definitely recommend Lake Oberon Estate to everyone.

Lake Oberon Estate is a hidden gem. The place is great with so many facilities - a real treat for any weddings or group bookings through to individual needs. We were very impressed with the services and also the kindness of Julie and Tony. A great couple who has built amazing facilities. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which had everything you could ask for. We took nothing except ourselves and clothes. The suite is a great self-contained room, with lounge, kitchenette and ensuite. Loved being up high to catch the views. The road was sealed and the property was 5.5 km from Oberon. We also got to see four other fully self-contained cabins, an amazing gym , a self-contained sauna, and two other great entertaining venues to host any type of event. For those wanting to celebrate a birthday, a wedding, any event, the back-drop of Lake Oberon is fantastic. Enjoy your time at Lake Oberon Estate.
