It's good..was a little different this visit flavors have changed I like the old way better .. the cook was fabulous though at presenting .. the hostess needs training as she had to be pleaded with for her to seat us as we waited for our party to join us 10 mins later ... Then wasn't available for at least 8 mins at her register then another 5 mins or so to go get change and bring it back so I could get the tip out on the table
I love the hibachi dinner, this was my first time at Sho-Gun, but I have also been to Benihanas and several other hibachi dinner places around the country. The chef antics are entertaining. The food was terrific and very plentiful, dinner came with miso and a small salad and I added on a spicy tuna roll to start. I will be back, it was a fun night out.
Walked in on a Sunday for lunch.
We were seated immediately in a comfortable booth.
We shared the Shogun Bomb roll as an appetizer. It is delicious.
We had a Ramen and a Yakisoba. Both were perfect.
Service was fast, friendly, and competent.
I would come back here and recommend Shogun to anyone.
This was "THE" worst experience of my life! It was my big "60th" birthday party's. We had the back room booked for 28 people. They didnt have enough cooks, the grills didnt all work. They separated my party who had waited 2 1/2 hours for food. I ate cold rice, cause it took forever to get the rest of our meal. We weren't compensated in any way. We couldn't even do the birthday cake, cause people were separated, and people were still waiting for food. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
