I did not leave any details of why I left 2 stars. I didn’t want to be mean as I know you work hard. I just thought I would leave it at that. Πήγα στο ξενοδοχείο πριν 20 μέρες με ένα πεζοπορικό σύλλογο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μοναδική θέση και από τη δυτική βεράντα έχει υπέροχη θέα του Παγασητικού κόλπου. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα, τα κρεβάτια τα μαξιλάρια τα παπλώματα όλα άριστα. Παράθυρα παντού. Το πρωινό προσεγμένο, αν και από ότι μας είπε η ιδιοκτήτρια το καλοκαίρι σερβίρουν μετά τις 9 πράγμα που εμένα προσωπικά θα με δυσκόλευε καθώς σηκώνομαι νωρίς και στις διακοπές. Το σαλόνι έχει μια cozy ατμόσφαιρα σαν να είσαι στο εξοχικό σου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Είχαμε κλείσει σαν Όμιλος όλα τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου για τρεις ημέρες. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο σε απίθανη τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και άμεσα εξυπηρετικό, το πρωινό τέλειο και ότι άλλο ζήτημα είχαμε λύθηκε στην στιγμή. Το προτείνω ανεπιθύλακτα και θα είναι κρίμα για όποιον περάσει από τον Λαύκο να μην μείνει σε αυτό.

Είναι πραγματικά ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με φανταστική θέα. Μείναμε τέλος Αυγούστου εκεί. Η μικρή μας ευχαριστήθηκε πολύ την πισίνα και το πρωινο ήταν πάρα πολύ σε ποσότητα όσο και σε επιλογές. Κάθε μέρα άλλαζε και αυτό ήταν πολύ ωραίο διότι έχει πολλές επιλογές. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό. Πολύ καθαρό. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι..

Αξίζει να πάτε!!! 5 μελής οικογένεια το δωμάτιο άνετο δεν μας πίεσε καθόλου,διχωρο και πολύ καθαρό! Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν είχε απλώστρα για τα βρεγμένα και αναγκαστικά τα απλώναμε στο κάγκελο με κίνδυνο να τα πάρει ο αέρας και να τα ψάχνουμε.. Κατά τα άλλα προσεγμένο πρωινό,νόστιμα σνακ (πίτσες,τοστ,σαλάτες κ.α.)ζεστό νερό ακόμη και στις ντουζιέρες της πισίνας,η πισίνα ρηχή και μπορούν τα παιδιά να παίζουν άφοβα σχεδόν, το προσωπικό ευχάριστο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Για την θέα τι να πει κανείς; Απλά μαγική!

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο που, με λίγη βελτίωση, θα μπορούσε να γίνει πραγματικά τέλειο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του είναι ωραίες, ωστόσο το δωμάτιο υστερεί. Για τα δικά μου δεδομένα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό, καθώς υπήρχε σκόνη και μούχλα στο μπάνιο. Ο ανεμιστήρας οροφής δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκε καθόλου, μιας και είχε συγκεντρωμένη σκόνη. Η πισίνα λειτουργεί 11:00–19:00 και συνήθως κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού καθαριζόταν από έναν κύριο. Ωστόσο, μία από τις τέσσερις μέρες που μείναμε εκεί, ο καθαρισμός δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε, με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορέσω να τη χρησιμοποιήσω, παρόλο που ήθελα. Με λίγη καλύτερη διαχείριση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, πιστεύω πως το ξενοδοχείο αυτό μπορεί να φτάσει σε εξαιρετικό επίπεδο.

Thank you for your several positive comments on your stay here. On the negative side we are taking immediate steps to rectify the issues you highlight. The marble surround of the shower needs deep cleaning, probably due to excess amounts of coloured sunscreen oil used this very hot summer. Also we try to encourage our cleaning staff to regularly use the electric suction cleaner provided. I assume that the photo of the early morning tea/coffee to highlight our generosity to our guests, which is also reflected in our special full breakfasts. The pool is cleaned of any leaves and the water tested every day, except on the day off of the employee. This is well within the norms set by the relevant authorities, and the pool is safe to use and enjoyed throughout the whole week. We hope that you are reassured by our response as we are always striving to make the Lagou Raxi experience one of the best for all our guests.

For 3 days there was no water in the taps to shower or wash your face or flush the toilet, The owner and manager of the place did not provide the basic service and were not nice to say the least. They refused to refund the money or give compensation, we had to shower in the pool/in another building. We left the place the night before without any compensation or compensation for the malfunction. A very unpleasant experience. The children suffered and it ruined our trip. We could not go to the beach or do any activities so as not to sweat. The manager of the place refused to compensate us and did not give us an answer and was closed to the situation. Humiliating attitude from the owner and manager. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Very low level of service and facilities The rooms were basic, and we didn't have running water for 2 days ( on the 3rd floor only cold water ). We stayed at this hotel for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but it turned into a very unpleasant experience. For **three full days**, there was **no running water at all** – no showers, no toilets, not even for basic hygiene like washing hands or brushing teeth. The situation was made even worse by the **cynical and dismissive attitude** of the management. Instead of offering real solutions, we received sarcastic comments such as "wash in the pool" or "use a bucket." This lack of respect and responsibility was unacceptable. The conditions forced us to **leave one night earlier than planned** and find another hotel at our own expense. This was **unhygienic, stressful, and completely unacceptable** for any guest. We strongly **do not recommend** this hotel.

We had a very disappointing and frustrating stay at this hotel. Here are just some of the serious issues we encountered: - There was a water outage for several hours on three separate days. - When we complained that there was no water and we couldn’t flush the toilet, the manager mocked us and laughed at the situation. - The hotel manager even suggested we shower using a bucket. - The staff treated us with disrespect and indifference throughout. - The beds were terrible — old, uncomfortable spring mattresses. - The air conditioner was locked and couldn’t be set below 24°C. - The staff were unhelpful. Most importantly, we were forced to leave the hotel a day early because, once again, there was no running water, and we simply couldn’t take it anymore. We paid for that night and didn’t even use it. We asked the hotel manager for a refund, and he insisted that Booking.com is responsible, since the booking was made through them.
