I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. They insisted on taking X-rays that they told me would be complimentary, instead of requesting records from my previous dentist, and then they filed a claim with my insurance for those X-rays.
In addition, they charged me for two procedures (cavities) when they only performed one and refused to refund the overcharge. I repeatedly requested an itemized bill to clarify the charges, but since then the office stopped answering my calls.
Their text message system only allows you to confirm appointments, with no option to cancel or reschedule. Even when I try calling to cancel, they do not answer, and if you send a text to cancel, they still do not respond.
I have been unable to resolve these issues directly with the office and will be contacting my lawyer to address the overbilling and insurance claims.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional billing practices make it extremely difficult to deal with this office. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
This group of professionals are just outstanding! Dr. Darvishzadeh was the first dentist to address my complex jaw problems after I had almost given up hope. The warm atmosphere and kind staff cannot be matched.

I know this place has great reviews (it's why I tried them when my insurance changed), but I did not have a good experience with the dentist. The staff were nice. The office is as you'd expect. But during my initial appointment the doctor put pressure on my jaw while having me open beyond a comfortable amount and something happened. He seemed to blow it off like I had an issue and it wasn't what he did. I've been in pain since and have never had any issues with my jaw before. To each their own, but I can't recommend this place and am a little surprised by all the good reviews given how much better I've liked other offices.

I highly recommend this dentist. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and and dental related procedures and they could not have been more accommodating. They fixed a crown I had been putting off having fixed for over a year and it was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist.
This place is amazing. Dr. Darvish is a miracle worker. I had issues with my front teeth, which was difficult to smile. He took the extra time and priority to ensure that my teeth are done well. Highly recommend. I can smile again 😁

This place is not great!! I had an emergency and they had me come in and said the x ray was complementary and then a year later sent me to collections. Total BS and I reffered friends and family to go to Highland and they did end up going. So here I give them business and they screw me. Place sucks. Id go to Art of Smile in Lafayette or Pope Dental in WC. Highland is a joke

I just got a teeth cleaning and X-rays at Lafayette dental group (formally highland) and it was amazing! I was fearful to get my teeth cleaned as it had been a little over a year and half since my last one; which was extremely painful! This was the least painful tooth cleansing Ive ever had!! The dentist was phenomenal, she was so gentle and precise and really made me comfortable. The technicians were all great and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!!
