☺Mooi hotel met fijne zwembaden en prachtig uitzicht op de wonderschone omgeving. Goed ontbijt. En gelegen net buiten het centrum van Franschhoek.
☹Matras van bed was erg hard. Overigens dat van mijn echtgenote was zachter

A beautiful luxurious guest house
My husband and I were so lucky to be able to spend 2 nights at La Cabriere Country House. The place is really beautiful with Mountain Views, gorgeous gardens and 2 swimming pools. The host Lisa kindly upgraded us to the honeymoon suite because we were the only people there for the first night. She also had a special table set up for us to be able to look out & enjoy the mountain views at breakfast. Lisa was a wonderful host so friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Room was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious.
☺ The room was clean, there was a patio with comfy chairs and beautiful view of the mountain. It was a very peaceful space to relax in. The breakfast was tasty and filling so i could only have one of the pastries after breakfast. Staff were friendly. The nespresso coffee and tea in the room was replenished daily although the coffee they made with breakfast was much nicer.
☹ The picture of the monkey above the fireplace was a little unsettling as i am a little superstitious but i tried not to think about it or look at it while in the room.
