Fiz a minha encomenda dia 28 de Fevereiro para poder usufruir de uma promoção que a combine tinha, de 20% de desconto na compra de várias coisas para casa. Enquanto estava com dúvidas sobre as peças e sobre a encomenda, sempre foram muito rápidos a responder e bastante prestáveis. Cheguei a deslocar-me ao local presencialmente, para escolher tecidos e tudo corria às mil maravilhas. Deram-me data de entrega da encomenda, entre 2 meses a 2 meses e meio. Ou seja, na pior das hipóteses, a encomenda seria entregue no fim de maio. Desde a data da encomenda e o pagamento de 50% da mesma, até agora, sempre que precisei de alguma coisa, tive que enviar sempre várias mensagens para poder ter respostas. Ficava dias à espera. E as minhas mensagens muitas vezes até era a pedir orçamentos para coisas novas. Depois com o atraso na entrega, comecei a insistir para me darem uma nova data de entrega. Depois vieram (finalmente) instalar as cortinas dia 27 de Maio e as mesmas vieram TODAS com as dimensões erradas. Foram todas para trás para serem corrigidas. Os rapazes que vieram instalar as cortinas, foram impecáveis, super amáveis. Mas dos escritórios com quem eu ia (tentando) trocar mensagens; nem um pedido de desculpas recebi. Só me enviaram mensagem depois de eu reclamar. Depois de tudo isto, finalmente deram-me uma data de entrega para virem entregar tudo e a data era hoje! 17 de junho às 14h30. Tirei o dia de férias, para poder estar em casa para receber toda a encomenda. Ligaram-me AGORA a dizer que afinal não conseguem entregar hoje, porque o sofá veio com defeito e as coisas ainda não estão prontas !!! Se podiam entregar amanhã, mas mesmo assim amanhã, não vem tudo!!! Ou seja, para além de ter tirado o dia de férias hoje, também vou ter que tirar o dia de férias de amanhã!!!! Entenda-se que estamos a falar de uma encomenda de 13k, onde inclui, todos os cortinados da casa, mesa de televisão, sofá, aparador, mesa de jantar, alcatifa da sala, tudo... mudámo-nos a pensar que viveriamos sem condições, cerca de 14 dias e estamos a viver sem condições há quase dois meses - somos uma família de 5, incluindo um bébé de 3 anos que nem sofá tem para se sentar, nem mesa para comer. Não há comentários para tamanha incompetência e falta de profissionalismo.

Through combine design we had very pleasing experience everybody was customer oriented approach made changes according to our needs.. predeep from sales team helped us made things understand with quote and detailed pricing.. pradeep and Pooja from design team were really helping out in finalising designs.. During implementation stage Sreejith and akhil were very helpful changes were made then and there.. By clients need and availability even they do help u on Sundays too .. Great work by team.
